ABSOLUTE WATERFRONT. This ultra modern 2 bedroom unit sits right on Moreton Bay and is an ideal location for a quick getaway or a longer stay. The unit is modern and tastefully appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has European appliances, essastone bench tops and will meet even a gourmet Chefs needs. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom is ensuited and has a private courtyard. Second bathroom is situated opposite the second bedroom and there is a separate toilet. The Lounge room is sunfilled and opens up to a private garden where you can sit and watch the boats go by and also catch the sunrise in the mornings. There is a separate dining area and a fully equipped laundry. You will enjoy uninterrupted views across the bay to the islands from all living areas.

Ideal sleeping arrangements are for 4. Master Bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has 2 king singles that can also be joined together to make a

king double bed. Sleeping for 4 adults or a family of four can be accommodated. The unit is air conditioned and if you like to be outside why not throw some steaks on the barbie and watch the boats go by or just sit and relax as the sun glistens on the water and islands.

There are many activities within the area for singles ,families,young and older.Waterfront markets every Sunday. Many cafes and restaurants to choose from on the waterfront , live music at some . Royal queensland yacht club that is open to visitors. Many water activities and walking and bike tracks. Barbecue and park areas along the foreshore and a public free pool for children.

Absolutely Brilliant

Very neat, well laid out. Plenty of room for a family to move. Well stocked with utensils and crockery - esky was a great surprise along with the ice packs in the freezer. The stack of holiday destination pamphlets was a godsend as were the menus from restaurants nearby. So central to everything. Beds were really comfortable. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Good Location

Excellent location, unit very modern, clean and equipped. Disappointed that main bed very uncomfortable and living room furniture not comfortable. No blind in large kitchen window, bottom floor unit busy area. No screen door on front sliding door so unable to leave open. For the price I would expect more comfort in furniture and at least foxtel or netflicks. No garage/carport access so car had to be left on the road. Will look elsewhere in future.

Loved this property!

Julie's apartment is very comfortable, modern and clean. It's in a lovely position overlooking the wading pool and the bay at Wynnum. We loved waking up in the morning to such a wonderful view! We didn't use the shared pool as we were out every day plus we didn't really feel the need to as there is a play park, wading pool, promenade and water play area just across the road. Julie was very friendly and helpful and really went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend this property to other guests who want to have a peaceful bay side base with plenty for families on your doorstep. It was easy to get around by car and we also took the train into Brisbane which only took about 30-35 minutes. There are a couple of places nearby to eat, The Pelicans Nest is only 2 minutes walk down the road and do amazing breakfasts! We also walked into Manly along the front which took about 10-15 minutes. It's very pretty with all the boats plus there's a nice variety of shops such as a bakers, deli, coffee shops. We had great fish and chips at Barramundi Boys too! Our highlights were Streets Beach at South Bank, feeding the wild dolphins at Moreton Island, Lone Pine Koala River Cruise and Tambourine Mountain- We absolutely loved our holiday and hope to be back some day!

Great spot to stay

Loved staying at Julie's island view unit. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Clean. Well furnished and a great location. Loved it so much I've already booked my next stay.
