Offering panoramic views across North Hobart, the city, and glimpses of the stunning River Derwent, Baillee’s is a stylish, yet comfortable place to call home as you explore the beautiful colonial town of Hobart.

Sleeping up to five adults across three generous-sized bedrooms, this modern and sophisticated period home stays true to its 1925 architecture offering oak floors, picture rails and high ceilings. The home’s two living areas will ensure there’s always a private moment to be had.
The home’s sophisticated, light-filled rear living area coined “The White Lounge”, boasts an outward perspective onto the rear garden and a gas log fireplace providing both warm and atmosphere. By night, curl up here with a blanket and enjoy a cheeky glass of wine while listening to some smooth tunes. Or, immerse in the company of your fellow travellers over a tasty platter of Tasmanian cheese. When you run out of things to say, there’s always the wall-mounted flat screen TV to fill the silence.
Baillee’s takes self-contained living to a whole new level of sophistication. Prepare a meal with some fresh Tasmanian produce purchased that day in the home’s well appointed kitchen and enjoy your dinner around the hand-crafted, six-seat dining table set between the kitchen, the home’s rear living area and the bi-fold doors opening to the lush green garden outside.
On those warmer nights, enjoy a barbecue in the private rear garden with comfortable seating for eight.
The elegant and classic reading room is a cozy space complete with cuddly leather couches and occasional chairs. Grab a book from the home’s collection of novels, design and travel books and curl up with a glass of red as you read the night away or relax in front of the large flat screen, Foxtel equipped, TV.
Enjoy your rest in either of the home’s two main bedrooms. Both are furnished with luxurious king-size beds, with an ensuite in the master bedroom. Guests of these rooms are encouraged to open your blinds as you wake from your slumber and take in the incredible views across North Hobart and the warm morning sun.
The home’s third, and coziest room is home to a king single which will comfortably sleep an adult or child. All rooms are equipped with panel heaters for your comfort on those cool Tassie nights.

Please provide notice of cancellation or changes to your booking in writing (via email). If you need to cancel your reservation a cancellation fee of 25% applies to any reservation up to 21 days prior to your check in date. For cancellations made within 21 days no refund will be given – a 100% cancellation fee applies. We do understand that some-times things have to change and if you need to amend your reservation and you are more than 21days outside your original check-in date, we are happy to transfer your booking for an identical stay, to another time within the next calendar year. Baillee’s at North Hobart is available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival. The house is to be vacated no later than 10.30am on the day of departure.
Should your stay be 8 nights or longer, we are pleased to provide a complimentary midweek cleaning service.
We ask the house to be left on your departure in the same condition it was presented on arrival. Any malicious damage will be charged at repair / replacement cost. The charge will be placed onto the credit card used to make the original reservation.Please also be advised that should the actual number of people who have stayed at Baillee’s at North Hobart exceed the original number booked, Fraser View Investments reserve the right to charge the customer’s credit card for these additional guests.
Our landlord insurance does not cover any of your personal property. With this in mind it is strongly recommended that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cater for your personal items any, unforeseen circumstances that will include cancellation due to ill health or accident.
Every effort has been made to make your stay an enjoyable and memorable one. However we do reserve the right for safety reasons to enter the property to conduct any urgent maintenance work.
No party policy and excessive noise policy.Baillee’s’ at North Hobart is located in a beautiful quiet residential street, and out of respect for our neighbours there is a strict no party policy. Excessive noise at any time will not be tolerated and may result in eviction without refund. Unreasonable noise after 10.00pm will result in immediate eviction.
Baillee’s’ at North Hobart has a strict non-smoking policy both inside and outside the house. Additional cleaning charges will apply should this policy not be adhered to.
Providoring and wine consumed from the selection at Baillee’s will be charged to the credit card used to pay for the accommodation.
