Manly Palms provides 2 living areas. The main area is upstairs and will accommodate 8 people.
The second living area is downstairs and will accommodate a further 2 people and has its own kitchen, lounge and bathroom.

This home is situated only 5 minutes walk from the train station.
There are numerous parks all the way along the Esplanade (located just around the corner) and many of them offering picnic areas with electric bbq's, bubblers and water bowls for pets, playgrounds, fitness trails, bird watching and more.

Loved watching the possum
Over a period of 5 months we have stayed here several times for work. It was comfortable and homely. Our workman loved this house but especially loved watching the possum come down and climb along the front veranda every night to get to his home in the tree.

Beautiful place to relax and unwind
We had a great stay, the home had everything we needed for a three generational stay with plenty of space. Quiet peaceful position but handy to shopping centres by car and close to enough to the station to walk. Very relaxing and enjoyable.
Great home, lots of up to date appliances. Very comfortable bedding. Lots of space for a couple of families or several couples getting together. Walking distance to the waterfront and a nice walk along the waterfront up to the weekend markets and great restaurants close by. Parking space, WIFI, great verandah to sit outside. Would definitely return.
Perfectly Peaceful Place
This venue would be ideal for 3 generations as it has a self-contained unit downstairs and upstairs main bedroom with Tempur massage bed and ensuite with double basins and showers. The main kitchen is excellently equipped for a large family with a 2 drawer Fisher Paykel dishwashing system. Up to the minute TV's & electronic equipment. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, due to the month, we did not take advantage of the Spa Bath but hope to return at another time to enjoy this.
I recently booked this property during a visit to the EKKA and can't recommend it highly enough. The house has been beautifully renovated and improved, was clean and very functional. Also, being very close to the Lota train station, it made travelling into the city very easy on the trains. Beautiful, peaceful location made for a very enjoyable stay.
