comfortable and funky
We loved the modern funky look despite it being an older house. Air con was cool, bed was comfy. Dog loved the huge yard and couldn't escape.
I would love a bedside lamp and full length mirror in both queen bed rooms.
Can't wait to go back!!
Thank you very much for your positive feedback. We are happy you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for your suggestion we have taken it onboard and added 2 bedside side tables and now looking to source a full length mirror. Looking forward to your return.
close to beach and basically comfortable but many disappointing aspects relating to an older house- windows could not be opened/shut, bathroom and bedroom doors could not be shut properly, flies and mozzies entered the house via laundry window louvers which were unscreened. Toilet rolls were almost empty on our arrival and large gas bottle was empty.
Thank you for your feedback. All windows are operational but as they are old sash windows they require both hands to be used with a little bit more effort to raise. In regards to the mozzies getting in from laundry louvres there is a screen door which leads to the main house from laundry which can be used. As far as i'm aware only the front bedroom door cannot close properly, all other doors open and shut and due to seasonal movement of the house it may put the frame out of alignment. This is only temporary and cant be helped. Apologies for the toilet rolls and the almost empty gas bottle, that was merely an oversight that wont happen again. We hope you do revisit us to find that all your concerns have been addressed and that you have a more enjoyable stay.
