Situated in a beautiful estate of 5 acre properties with stunning outlooks, this fully modernised cottage is situated in a small hobby farm producing fruit, red wine grapes and vegetables. The cottage has two large double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, beautifully tiled bathroom with shower and bidet; open plan living/dining room; and all the comfort you could ask for with underfloor heating in winter and refrigerated cooling for the summer. One large bedroom has a queen sized bed, sofa and walk in wardrobe; second large bedroom has a queen sized bed and a single bed. Can accommodate up to five guests - varied pricing applies. The cottage boasts its own driveway, private garden and terraces back and front. There is ample parking for at least two cars in the driveway

Simply relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this unique location or take advantage of your choice of the many holiday activities this area can provide:

Wineries: We are less than half an hour from the Beechworth and world famous Rutherglen wine regions and close to the King Valley wineries.

Ski Fields: One hour and a half will see you in the heart of the Victorian ski field, the closest being Falls Creek and Mount Bulla, with Hotham and Dinner Plain just a little further along the road.

Boating, Canoeing and Water Skiing: Lake Hume is only twenty minutes away where you can swim, sail, jet ski or water ski. The Murray River runs right through the area for canoeing enthusiasts.

Fishing: Excellent fishing is available and accessible locally.

Cycling: There are many cycles trails around Albury Wodonga and alongside Lake Hume.

Bush and Mountain Walking: There are many walks and trails from easy to difficult to access in the wonderfully varied countryside.

Shopping and Markets: Historic towns and villages such as Yackandanda and Beechworth are closeby and along with Albury Wodonga itself offer a wide range of shopping opportunities and regular markets throughout the year.

City Life: The twin cities of Albury Wodonga are within 10 to 15 minutes drive with everything that any city has to offer - swimming pools, various sporting facilities and grounds, theatres, art galleries, restaurants, cafes, markets, cinemas and all the major shopping outlets.

House Rules

Minimum of two nights stay. However, emergencies may be catered for.

Basic items such as tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, oil, washing up liquid etc are supplied.

A choice of continental or fresh breakfast ingredients for cooking are supplied on request at an additional charge. A menu will be forwarded on request on booking confirmation.

Guests should leave the cottage the way they find it and are expected to clean the barbecue, tidy up, wash and put away any dishes or cooking utensils that have been used.
