About the property

Opposite McCrae beach on busy Point Nepean Road this modern ground floor apartment Is suitable for non smoking adults ,couples and families Sleeps maximum 6.

It is just a few minutes walk to the beach, local restaurants,cafes and shops and childrens playground It is also only a 10 min drive to wineries, galleries,markets hot springs and the many Mornington Peninsula attractions.

This apartment has 3 bedrooms 2 with queen beds and 1 bedroom with 2 king single beds.

The bathroom has a separate shower and bath, a separate toilet and extra vanity.

The kitchenette is fitted with an induction cook top, a dishwasher, a convection microwave, fridge/freezer and front loader washing machine and nespresso coffee machine.

The comfortable living /dining room has sliding glass doors that open onto a fully fenced garden with a warm shower for washing the sand off after a day at the beach. The garden also has a deck with an out door dining setting and 2 sun lounges as well as a large BBQ.

Inside the property is a private courtyard with chairs for relaxing and reading etc.

The living area has a flat screen TV, blue ray DVD player,as well as a small range of DVDs games books and wifi internet.

All glass windows and doors are double glazed for temperature comfort and noise reduction.there is central airconditioner and heating to all rooms.

A locked garage is shared with the separate upstairs apartment, parking is for 1 car only.

Additional cars can park on the street.There is no parking permitted in the driveway.

This is a striclty no smoking,No pets, no parties property.

QualityLinen and towels are supplied, byo beach towels.

Beach equipment eg chairs and sunshelter are available for use during your stay.

A porta cot and high chair are available on request.

We live next door so are available to assit if required at any time.

The apartment is on the ground floor below an upstairs apartment for couples only which is rented separately and has its own entrance.

Brides and bridal parties are welcome to book our apartments AFTER their wedding but NOT for pre wedding preparations.

The Mornington Peninsula has many attractions including wineries in the Hinterland/Red Hill area, cheese factories, markets,galleries, music festivals golf courses, the childrens maze and other kids activites, Peninsula Hot springs

and Spa, swimming, snorkelling surfing and boating activities.there are also many beautiful walking paths and native bush areas to explore only 10-15 minutes drive from the apartment.

This apartment is ideal for couples, families and friends looking for a relaxing holiday near the beach with plenty of options for eating ,drinking, relaxing and being active.

Excellent property and location

We had a fantastic holiday thanks to this property. The apartment was clean, modern, bright and well furnished. When we stepped inside, we were immediately impressed by how lovely it was - it looked even better than the photos! All amenities were included (towels, toiletries, etc.) and we greatly appreciated the included extras such as tea/coffee in the kitchen, fresh fruit on our arrival and beach accessories in the garage. The location was ideal – across the street from the beach and around the corner from the shops. Check in was a breeze with clear instructions and prompt communication; the owner greeted us personally on check in and was very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in the area.

Great Place to Stay!!

We have stay at this apartment for a couple of days. Margaret and her husband are very nice and helpful. Really appreciate them for taking time to explain and mark out some of the area of interests to visits. Great location and just a couple of minutes walk to convenient stores and beach. Highly recommended.

A great place

Overall our stay was amazing.

We were greeted by the owner upon arrival and she was extremely helpful whenever needed.

The apartment was extremely clean and accommodated our family of 5.

The outdoor area was great for children of all ages.

We will definitely come here again.
