Bathroom includes a shower cubicle, hand basin and w.c. American Style laundry located in bathroom area with washing machine/dryer combo.

Main bedroom - with beachfront outlook and sliding door access to the front patio - has built-in robes + a second front bedroom with pull down bed.

Car parking for 2 cars with secure lock up access.

BBQ facilities right across the road on the Esplanade.

Easy access to cosmopolitan Semaphore, Largs Pier Hotel, the marina and cafes at North Haven and public transport.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Easter, Christmas & New Year Period - extra charges.

Extra charges apply during school holidays and special events.

Additional fees apply if property is rented for less than 7 days

A deposit of half the total booking amount is required to confirm booking.

Balance of booking is required 10 days before check in.

So close to the beach!

Wonderful apartment

Excellent Property

This property was perfect for my stay of 7 weeks, directly across from the beach, located 50 metres away from the Largs Pier Hotel. The property is secure and I felt very safe staying there on my own.

This property is well maintained and is perfect for a getaway by the sea.
