Paul Tresidder purchased this House in 2012
Why Paul Tresidder chose Brighton
This house sits in location, location, location!! I bought it, not really grasping this until living in the house. Everything is close and a car is not really necessary - wander to the movies, restaurants, pubs, beach, shops, drs, dentist, chemists, supermarket, hairdressers, shops etc, I've always loved Brighton with its quirky and arty vibe and it is fabulous living amidst it all. On top of all this, the house is soooo quiet and it is quite amazing to step out of the front gate to find everything there!

Extremely comfortable and well stocked, and the owners were lovely and very thoughtful. Would highly recommend
Home away from home
Had a great time at Sea J’s Brighton. Such a lovely comfortable home. We loved all the condiments you provided and the toy box was a huge hit. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and the gas fire place was lovely.
Fantastic house in a great location
Love this house, has everything you need. We’ll be back!
Thank you, Tania for coming to Sea J's again (& in the future). We are so happy that you view the house and experience as a home away from home! Welcome to return next time you are in Adelaide.
Nice spacious house. Reliance on Electric heating ok but challenging during the cold spell.
It was good for us 5 adults to have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
Thank you for your kind review - it was unfortunate that during your visit to Adelaide, the weather was extremely cold. We provide heating in every bedroom and also the living area, with a large gas heater, which is usually more than adequate for Adelaide's mild conditions.
We stayed at Sea J's from 12th December until 26th December 2017. Upon our arrival we were left various local treats including a lovely bottle of wine. We were all very impressed with the property and would stay again if we found ourselves in the area. The beach is about a ten minute walk and the train to Adelaide is a five minute walk. There are lots of local shops, cafes etc all within easy walking distances (Woolworths is about a 90 second walk). The facilities at the property are all excellent - barbeque, washing machine, fridge, TV (I could go on!). Upon arrival I spoke to Paul and he was very helpful and stated they were available should we require anything. The property is a home from home and we loved staying in the house. Paul and Carmel many thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.
Thank you for leaving Sea J’s in great condition - very much appreciated. It is unfortunate that your one of your other experiences was not as you expected, but we are delighted with your email that said ‘we are all in agreement that your place would be very difficult to match as it is at such a high standard.’ We look forward to having you stay at Sea J’s when next in Australia.
Great place to stay
Our second visit to Sea J's confirmed it as a great place to stay with easy access to Adelaide, local amenities and beach. The property has charm and with its gated and private off street parking gives a quiet area for relaxing. Very much on our return list,
Thanks for that, again, Clive. See you in May!
