Securely fenced, with eye-catching aluminium powder-coated fencing and gates, you’ll enjoy being able to access the rear via the security gate and electronic panel. A spacious double-garage can house your vehicle for your stay, providing you with peace of mind. The setting among the gum trees and opposite a spacious park, which features a playground and tennis court may make you forget how close to conveniences you really are.

The front yard has a good amount of lawn, as well as a paved barbeque area and undercover tiled space that is perfect for al fresco dining. Step through the sliding glass doors and be delighted by the expansive ground floor.

Down here, the open plan design provides plenty of space for family and guests. The fully equipped, contemporary kitchen is a luxury to prepare meals in. With the lengthy breakfast bar, large fridge/freezer, stainless steel dishwasher and gas stove and oven, you won’t want to leave such a sensational cooking and entertaining space.

Located nearby to the main thoroughfare of Tapleys Hill Road, whether you opt to have a leisurely shop at nearby Harbour Town, go golfing, or visit popular Jetty Road at Glenelg, nothing is too far. Transport, such as the tram that runs between Glenelg and the city, is easily accessible, as is the local supermarket.

Quality Accommodation

My family and I stayed here 5 - 10 April and were impressed with the quality of the accommodation. Mattresses were very comfy, and bathrooms were great with good sized showers etc. Not far from the restaurants and nightlife of Glenelg. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

Great Accommodation

We had a great Holiday at this holiday house. Very Clean and perfect for the kids with the park across the road. Lots of room and everything we needed was there. The only thing that could be improved is top sheets on the beds, but apart from that it was perfect.

Fantastic property, quiet location.

Great property in a quiet location with a park directly across the road for the kids to expend some energy in. 5 min drive to Jetty Road in Glenelg and the beach or to the DFO. Well maintained modern property perfect for long term stays.
