This spacious, light and modern 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect holiday unwinder. It is located on the border of Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise and is an easy 150m stroll to the pacific ocean with restaurants and conveniences located on each corner.

This north facing bright sunny apartment is flooded with light during the day and captures the mild sea breezes all year round. There is a distinct freshness about the space which gives it the wow factor when you walk through the door. The decor is contemporary and minimalist without compromising comfort.
The functional kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and baking needs and will bring out the creative domestic god or goddess in any of our guests.
The light and airy bedrooms are complete with queen size beds and built in robes. HIgh thread count bed linen and sheridan towels add a bit of luxury to your stay. Shampoo, conditioner and soaps are also provided.
A single trundle is provided for a fifth guest and stores away easily when not in use. A portacot is also available upon request. A separate toilet and modern bathroom/laundry complete the space with a LG front loader washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron and drying rack. A communal clothes line is also available. Washing powder is available to use.
Enter the balcony from the main living area or master bedroom and step into a slick retro outdoor space with designer chairs and freshly groomed green grass. Perfect for evening cocktails or a quiet reading nook for lazy days.
Guests have full access to the apartment and single lock up garage. Wireless internet is available free of charge and you can play your own tunes from your phone into the smart TV by downloading and app.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a 3 storey walk up with timed security lights in the stairwell.
Please note that on Monday July 11, 2017 construction commenced on a vacant block behind the apartment. The development is scheduled for completion in March-May 2018. It is anticipated that there will be construction activity during weekdays.
This apartment is so convenient you will want to move in! Located 150m to the ocean and an easy beachside stroll into bustling Broadbeach, there's no need to drive anywhere and you can leave your car in the secure basement garage. Right next door is Lola's restaurant. A take away and bottle shop are conveniently located on one corner and a small supermarket and the Metro cafe on the other. The Broadbeach bowls club is directly opposite and barefoot bowls is a must for your holiday to do list. Surfers Paradise is a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute beach walk.
If you want to venture beyond walking distance, hop on the G, Gold Coast's new light rail system which links you to the Southern end of Broadbeach at Pacific Fair shopping centre and the north of Southport with connections to buses and trains all over the coast and to Brisbane. Surfside buses are available just around the corner and access to theme parks is a breeze. The Gold Coast airport is a 30 minute drive depending on traffic.
Pets are welcome if they are the kind that can fit into a celebrity handbag and are not the partying type who like to bark/miaow/tweet late into the night. There is a park opposite for excited pooches to let off steam and of course the thrill of the open beach. Any 'pet' type damage or markings within the property will be rectified at the pet owner's expense.
Smokers can puff away on the balcony but are asked not to smoke inside.
The apartment is not available for schoolies or large groups of party people. Located in a block of 6 residential units, please respect your neighbours by keeping the noise levels to a reasonable standard.
We are available as much as you need us to be but also respect your privacy to enjoy your holiday. Which is why we have installed a code lock with individual pass codes for each group of guests so that you can check in securely and without the hassle of collecting keys.

Surprising Little Gem
This 1970's 'walk up' looks very modest on the outside. It is incredibly well situated opposite the Broadbeach Bowling Club and walking distance to beach, cafes, restaurants etc. The unit is surprisingly well appointed. There was nothing we needed that was not provided, right down to bathing towels, chocolate, ground coffee, etc. It is tastefully furnished and couches and bedding very comfortable. Add to this, pet friendly and well set up for our pair of small dogs. The only thing that was challenging is the under-building carpark, built for a different era. Incredibly difficult to get our mid-size car in and out. We opted for the free parking across the road outside the Bowling Club. A better option. Communication was excellent via sms with the invitation to contact if we needed anything.

Wonderful comfortable property
We had a lovely couple of days at bright sunny Broadbeach bliss. The location was perfect as we were in walking distance to everything we needed. The property itself was faultless and was everything we could have hoped for. Estelle was very helpful and we were appreciative of our late Sunday checkout. We will definitely be back to stay even after our old 21 year old fur baby has passed.

Fantastic Unit- Close to Beach & Amenities
This was my second stay at BSBB,& I loved it just as much as the first stay! Estelle has thought of absolutely everything to ensure you have a comefoetable 'home-away-from-home' experience. The modernity furnished, bright and airy unit is only a few minutes walk from beautiful Broadbeach Beach and the many shops the GC has to offer. The cherry on the cake is that I could once again take my pooch! The neighbours are super friendly & wecoming too. I cannot recommend our stay more highly. Thanks again Estelle xx

Totally enjoyed our 8 night stay over Xmas - New Year, great unit, dog friendly which is important to us. So close to the beach and resturants.
