We have 10 identical new, large and spacious one bedroom apartments for your comfort and enjoyment, located in the heart of Melbourne CBD - Fully equipped residential complex!

Be spoilt by the sensational views, the multiple entertainment choices all around, the cafes and eateries that Melbourne is famous for, the endless shopping, the sensational sight-seeing spots, all within short walking distance. Several public transportation options available from the doorsteps. There is also cheap & secure car parking available in the building.

Each apartment has a very large lounge room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city. A gourmet kitchen complete with microwave, fridge, stove, electric oven and much more, adjacent to the kitchen is an open plan living/dining area. A light-filled large & comfortable bedroom and a stylish central bathroom with shower room, toilet and vanity are on the other side of this modern apartment. The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, and full ironing facilities. Some of these apartments have a large balcony and others are fully wheelchair accessible (not all).

Each apartment features security entrance, marble bench tops, 50 inch TVs and unlimited use of dedicated WiFi. We can offer secure car parking facilities in this building for small extra fees.

Late check-in (After 10PM) will charge A$ 25 per stay

BED ARRANGEMENT:

The master bedroom has a king/queen sized bed that can be split into two single beds. The lounge room has two comfortable single sized pull-out sofa-beds. The apartment is listed for 2 people stay, but it can easily accommodate up to 4 people, either with double or single beds. Extra cost applies for additional guests over 2.

OTHER FEATURES INCLUDE:

=>Bed linen, bath towels etc are provided for each guest. We do not carry out any cleaning or linen changes during a stay unless requested - extra charges will apply.

=>Port a Cot, high chair & rollaway bed (Free, only on request, subject to availability)

=>Secure undercover parking for 8 cars available (nominal charge per car space applies). Car height restriction (2.1 m Maximum) apply. Taller vehicles cannot be parked in this building.

Huge letdown

This property was very disappointing as it was a lot smaller than depicted in the photos. Had no iron so I had to request it and came the following day, so going to dinner was a little embarrassing. There was no hand soap in the bathroom so I had to go and buy some which was annoying. The main issue with the apartment is that it's on the first floor and there was so much foot traffic between 1am-5am (mostly drunk people) so I couldn't sleep). There was building construction going on about 30m up the road which meant I got woken up at 7am. There is no air con and the fact that you can't open the windows due to the noise meant the apartment was stuffy.

Disappointing

We stayed at Anchor on Collins Sapphire on the sixth floor in April 2016. While it could have been a really good experience, the property was let down by a number of small issues involving housekeeping and maintenance. The building is quite new, but does not have double glazing but; if you want to be in the centre area, we accepted

that fact. It was great to use the free town centre trams, just a minutes walk from the apartment...but

The floors had not been vacuumed or cleaned since the last guests, having to deal with long black hairs etc. and particles on the floors and furniture is not acceptable.

The dishwasher had no cutlery basket, and was supplied with dishwasher 'block's' which are not suitable for F & P dishdrawers and did not dissolve.

There were 3 saucepans but only 1 lid, which did not fit any saucepan in the apartment.

It took ages for the bathroom basin to drain.

Worth noting; you will be required to pay a security bond, ours was A$300, you will probably have to remind them to pay it back, assuming there is no reason for it not to be refunded to you.

To sum up, we felt there was a complete lack of pride in their accommodation business.
