About the property

Our large and spacious holiday home has a true coastal feel while still providing all the luxuries!

Great for sharing with 1-2 families or a group of friends, the home is complete with 3 bedrooms and 2 separate living areas, offering ample comfort and privacy as required. There are 2 queen beds, and 2 x bunk beds (plus a trundle = 5). The second living area includes a sofa bed and can double up as a 4th bedroom option also.

An ensuite is attached to the main bedroom, and a further main bathroom, separate laundry and toilet facilities are available. All laundry services including iron/ iron board, washing machine, dryer, mop and bucket, vacuum are available for your use during your stay.

The kitchen and main living area are open plan, with bi-folding doors opening to the main decking/ outdoor entertaining area, it is perfect for al fresco dining. The kitchen is fitted with miele appliances (gas oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, etc) and cupboards are stocked with complete set of crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc, you will have everything available at your finger tips and never have to leave! BBQ and outdoor settings also included.

The kitchen dining table seats 8 comfortably, and with 3 further outdoor eating areas, there will always be room for extras if entertaining guests.

The house has been furnished with new and quality furniture creating a cosy yet stylish ambience to the home. With 2 fireplaces (firewood included), 3 x TVs, and a generous sized backyard, you will very quickly become comfortable in your home away from home while on holiday! As well as the fireplaces, there is electric wall heating for the cooler nights, and 3 x split systems/ air-conditioning units to keep you comfortable on the warmer days.

A twin car garage and driveway provides ample on site car parking.

Everything is within walking distance:

• 500m to the Point Lonsdale golf club

• 700m to the front beach and Point Lonsdale village/ shops

• 900m to the back beach

• Within 5km drive to the Bellarine wine region.

For the comfort of all our holiday guests, we request no smoking inside the house.

Peaceful, beautiful house!

Our extended family came together for a lovely weekend away. I did a lot research before deciding on this property. Very comfortable, clean with all the facilities you could imagine. The indoor and outdoor fireplaces were fabulous, and the kids (5 children between the ages of 2 – 8) had an absolute ball in the beautiful backyard and cubby house. I highly recommend this house and would be more than happy to stay there again.
