Snug Cove Villas are truly unique. With views over Eden’s Harbour one way and Aslings Beach the other there really is no better place to sit back and enjoy the view. Architecturally designed these villas offer the perfect get away.
Snug Cove Villas are ideal for a larger family or a few fishing friends looking for a place with off street boat parking. There is one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed. The second downstairs bedroom has two long single beds that are ideal for those that are a little tall for a standard single bed. There is also a loft upstairs that has a second television. Perfect for those travelling with teenagers that would like a little more space. Each loft also has a queen bed. Although there is only one bathroom, the toilet is separate from the main bathroom.
There is a large open plan kitchen, living and dining room which spill out onto the deck which boasts a 6 seater outdoor seating and views to die for.
Up early? Why bother cooking when one of Eden’s best cafes is at your door step! Sample a fine coffee and big breakfast before strolling down to Aslings Beach (a 10 minute walk) for a dip in the ocean. Later you may want to wander into Eden’s main street which is only 10 minutes walk away. This villa really is perfectly positioned. And after a full day fishing or at the beach what better place to retreat to than the large sun soaked deck. The view is spectacular! Enjoy a cocktail and the amazing harbour views as the sun sets over the bay.
Please note that linen is included and there are no additional booking fees.

Clean and tidy, but room to improve.
The accommodation was clean when we arrived, close to the wharf and has a pretty view. The price was good for 4 people as we were sharing with another couple for the week. There are a few things that do need to be addressed which would make the villas a great place to stay again.
The villa we stayed in was a little run down. Doors jar when you opened/close them. The dishwasher doesn't work very well, the dishes had to be washed multiple times. The toilet holder had been replaced, however, half the old one remained on the wall and would scrape against your arm or catch your clothing.
Lastly and most importantly the BEDS. THEY ARE UNCOMFORTABLE! The couple that stayed in the loft had to sleep on two single mattresses that had a strip of material sewn on to keep them together. Being on floorboards, the base had wheels that would move during the night. They ended up leaving early to seek a good nights sleep elsewhere. The other queen bed was slightly better, but also needs to be replaced. We didn't want to use the two single beds as there would be a surcharge added to our stay. If these things were to be addressed, we would look at staying there again.
Lovely views - beautiful spot
We decided to stop off in Eden on our journey through NSW and will do so again. A beautiful spot and the Villas are in a great location. Yes, the sit above a shed but you still have great views of the harbour and are near everything. Kept clean and very spacious it was great for our family of four. Very warm in in winter too.
Very very disappointed
When we arrived there was no hot water. We checked with owner who said that the water would heat up. But next morning there was still NO HOT WATER so we couldn't have a shower. The place was not cleaned properly and was dirty/sticky all around the kitchen.
I am sorry about the hot water Agnes. The element had to be replaced. It is not something that happens often. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Roomy and nice views!
Stayed for one night as a stop off on the way to Melbourne. Was very roomy, clean and appointed well. Views are great though listing doesn't say there's a building just below that overtakes most of the views. Good fish and chips takeaway a block down the hill!
Fanatastic location near docks, restaurant and plenty of views of coastline
As someone who goes away frequently on weekend breaks we were very disappointed with this property. The pictures accurately did show the furniture etc but were obviously taken when this place was first furnished as sofas, table etc now looked quite used (sofas looked dirty). The upstairs bedroom was lovely and we would have liked to use it but because the weather was hot the little aircon on the ground floor didn't quite manage to cool the upstairs sufficiently. The pictures of the views were slightly misleading as they cleverly left the industrial looking smoke house out of the frame which is right in front of the property. If you want to use the bathroom at night you better be lucky because the light bulb "can be temperamental" (owner's words) (note: toilet is separate though). Ridiculous was the owner's claim (in their welcome book) that they have provided a "starter pack and things above and beyond" to get us started on our stay. Let's see: 2 tea bags and 3 coffee sachets that looked like they had been handled by 100 pairs of hands and a couple of sachets of sugar that looked old too, no milk, 2 toilet rolls. "Starter pack" maybe (in my view a very stingy one), "above and beyond"...certainly not. And beware: should you use more than one towel each or (as a couple) decide to sleep in separate bed rooms...you will be charged extra. Overall poor value for money.
