About Christine Hinds
We are city slickers who love to get away on weekends. Arriving in Yarramalong Valley less than 1 hour from Sydney is incredible every time because it is so different from the city! It's wall to wall green, trees, cows, horses, orchards, pretty country lanes and fences. It's everything that's best about the country yet so close!
Christine Hinds purchased this House in 2012
Why Christine Hinds chose Cedar Brush Creek
We fell in love with the Olive Grove. This 200 tree grove is meditative and pretty and perfect for a stroll or to just lose yourself. We also fell in love with the perfect north-easterly aspect of the house and the vista from the balcony over the valley. From there we can see the pretty birdbath and the cute stile, and when we feel the energy we use the stile to climb over our fence into our front paddock and go for a stroll along the creek looking out for platypus and birdlife.
What makes this House unique
We have the best view and best aspect in the Valley right from our front balcony! Being north-easterly we get sun all day and you will never want to leave once you settle into our daybed.

Excellent 5/5 place to stay
The farm house are pretty throughout entirely, fully equipped facilities make the stay a easy run, surrounding mountains and forest are so pretty, sitting on the veranda watching the cowes and horses are wondering around in front of you is amazing experiences, Christine is very friendly and helpful, provided all the info that we needed. We had absolutely great time there, it was the place we will sure to be return in the near future.
Such a gorgeous and peaceful house. Even though we only stayed one night the property is the perfect place for a getaway close to Sydney. We really wished we stayed longer as the place has everything you could ever need. Communication with the host was fantastic and we will definitely be back.
A Special Spot
A slice of heaven which is totally private and picturesque! Cannot see any neighbours, instead just views of nature from every room. Very comfortable beds, lovely kitchen and bathroom and a great north facing deck straight off the kitchen/diner and living space.
My family and I had a very comfortable stay. We were able to have a family celebration dinner for 12 people and it was not a problem to find everything we needed (we brought our food of course). The kitchen was well equipped and all areas were clean and well maintained.
Well appointed and beautiful tranquil views, very comfortable
