A family friendly 3 bedroom townhouse in a quiet location close to the Great Ocean Road and easy walking distance to shops, beach, marina and golf course.

An open plan layout upstairs with kitchen, dining, lounge and reading nook provides a spacious area for guests to relax.

Also on this level are the main bedroom, en-suite with corner spa and a north facing balcony with BBQ.

Downstairs comprises two bedrooms, a family bathroom, laundry and garage.

From the back there are great views over the vacant land next door to the hills behind Apollo Bay and there is some limited views of the Sea from the Balcony and Lounge

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is a bargain price and so close to the Apollo Bay shops and beach. Everything worked as it should. Beds were comfortable. Heating worked. Hot water had good pressure and we never had a problem of it running out with the 4 of us. The kitchen had enough pots and plates and cutlery, et cetera. I've seen cleaner holiday houses than this, but it wasn't too bad. I don't know if I'd call this house 'modern', but it isn't old either and looks to have been maintained well. The photos are accurate. The owner was immediately responsive the two times I made contact. The only 'issue' for me with this house is the driveway. It's not exactly narrow, but it is narrow in places and has a weird design. I only have a medium size sedan and I was a little nervous trying to get into the garage and into the second car spot. Having said all that, I recommend this place. It's cheaper than the motels and it is comfortable. So if you want privacy, somewhere close to the shops and beach, and a place to do your own cooking, this is definitely worth it.
