About the property

The Seaclusion Apartment is a modern luxurious private apartment located at the beachside Nautilus Beachfront Villas & Spa at Sapphire Beach.

Accommodation for 6 adults and 2 children.

Offering 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms this 5 star apartment offers spacious open plan living opening onto a large furnished private balcony with stunning ocean views.

Secure double lock up garage adjoining the apartment.

A fully equipped galley kitchen with gas appliances a walk in pantry and a Nespresso coffee maker. The kitchen adjoins the balcony and the open plan dining and living area all sharing panoramic island and ocean views with sliding stacker doors onto the deck.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, a stunning ensuite with an extra large bath,a frame less shower twin basins and a separate toilet and a large walk in robe. Enjoy the picturesque ocean views and the sound of the ocean from the master bedroom with sliding stacker doors onto the main deck.

The generous sized bedroom 2 and 3 have King size beds or can be separated to two single beds . Bedroom 4 has two single beds. Bedroom 2 has a small balcony.

Bedroom 1, 2 & 3 have televisions.

All linen is provided including pool towels.

The apartment has a second bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet/ powder room.

All bedrooms and living areas have ducted reverse cycle air conditioning.

The expansive deck has beautiful ocean and island views and has a bbq and outdoor dining setting and deck chairs .

A cleaning fee of $300.00 applies with stays less than 3 nights.4

A bond of $500.00 also applies.

Managers available 24 hrs a day.

Location - Sapphire Beach is located almost halfway between Sydney & Brisbane

Sapphire Blue is situated 7 min drive North of Coffs Harbour town centre. The airport is a 10 min drive and offers 1 hour flights from Sydney with Qantas Virgin & Tiger Airlines.

Direct Flights from Melbourne and Brisbane are also available.

The Coffs Harbour area is a natural visual delight where the Mountains meet the Sea.

Activities include beach and rainforest walks, cycling tracks. visit the beautiful Coffs Habour jetty and Muttonbird Island. Solitary Islands, Bellingen and Dorrigo offer beautiful rainforests, waterfalls, and bush walking. Beaches for coastal walks, scuba diving, surfing , whale watching tours, deep sea fishing. Urunga beaches and boardwalk and Moonee reserve are ideal areas for picnics. Also available is white water rafting and canoeing.

Wonderful shopping destinations, dining out in one of many superb restaurants.

Cafes close by in local area of North Sapphire Beach .

No Pets allowed

No smoking in the apartment.

Wedding and large group parties, schoolies, hens and bucks nights etc are not permitted and all bookings are subject to terms and conditions, if you are in doubt please ask before booking.

Please note that Seaclusion requires a $500 credit card pre-authorisation prior to check in. You are kindly requested to present a valid credit prior to your arrival.

After your booking is made, the property will contact you direct by email with further information regarding key collection.

Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'.

A security deposit of AUD 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.k before booking.


1: Check-in/out

Properties are available from 3:00pm on the day of arrival and are to be vacated no later than 10am on the day of departure unless agreed otherwise.

2: Maximum Number of Guests

Number of guests using our property at any one time is not permitted to exceed that of which is stated below . Undeclared persons will be charged at $100/person/night

4: Cleaning

The property is to be left in a clean and tidy condition, failure to do so will incur a charge for extra cleaning. All rubbish to be removed and placed in council bins provided. BBQ to be left clean and dish washer, fridge and freezer to be empty upon departure.

The property is strictly non-smoking.

5: Weddings/Functions/Parties/Schoolies are not permitted

Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra charges for security, cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.

6: Noise

Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund, extra charges may be made for security and other expenses.

7: Behaviour

All guests behaviour and conduct to be of a tasteful and respectful manner.

Management reserves the right to evict without notice any persons it deems in breach of this condition.

8: Bond

A bond payment is required at the same time as the outstanding balance of your booking. It will be credited to your designated payment method once the property has been inspected and deemed left in a similar state to your arrival.

Any damage, loss or expense incurred by Management as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions will be charged against the bond.

Examples of this include but are not limited to – any breakage, damage, excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared.

9: Bond of $500.00 to be paid 2 days prior to arrival.

10: Pets

No animals are permitted

11: Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel a booking, any money will be refunded if we are able to completely re-let the period cancelled,


12: Payment

To secure a booking a 50% deposit is required. Bookings are not confirmed until this deposit is received.

Balance of payment must be received no later than 7 days prior to arrival.

Please ensure payments are made within the specified time limits or the booking will be cancelled automatically without notice or liability to you.

Fantastic stay

The property exceeded our expectations. Great location, lovely view & most well stocked place with the highest attention to detail I have ever stayed in. The hosts have thought of everything. We required a particularly secure property due to our son's penchant for absconding & the communication with Vicki though out was excellent.

Stunning Apartment & Beautiful Location

We had an amazing holiday at the Seaclusion Apartment. The Apartment was absolutely stunning. It was very spacious, open plan and exceptionally clean. Everything was provided and the attention to detail was impeccable! The location and views from the apartment were beautiful. Having the ability to utilise all the resorts features (2 separate pools, hot spa & tennis courts) was fantastic! The beach was only a hop, step and a jump away which was great with our 2 young children. The hosts were very friendly! Such a relaxing getaway! We will definitely return!

Excellent property

This was a very spacious and well designed apartment. Vicki was very hospitable and got back to us quickly when needed. What please most was the impeccable taste and attention to detail of the furnishings and layout. Very private and comfortable.

Amazing property & extremely family friendly

This property was well beyond our expectations, the view was picturesque and everything is provided. Vicki & Paul have incredible attention to detail to ensure a very comfortable & memorable stay. Our families enjoyed the inclusiveness & privacy this property affords. We spent 5 nights with 4 adults & 4 children (3 yrs old & below) and look forward to rebooking, cannot recommend Vicki & Paul, their holiday let & the facilities enough.
