Caversham Court is a 1940's restored art deco landmark building that has retained the defining characteristics of that era.

It is a medium priced beachfront apartment less than 10 minutes walk from the town centre, beaches for paddling, swimming and sand sculpturing, restaurants, parks and walking trails. It is ideally located for children and adults to experience all aspects of waterfront living as well as the rich offerings of an acclaimed coastal town.

A 10 minute walk takes you to boat ramps, piers and the recently renovated and extended Mornington Jetty which has purpose built fishing and exercise facilities. It is ideal for junior fisherman.

A short distance inland there are fine wineries, cheeseries, and an array of antique, art deco, craft and bric a brac enterprises.

THE OWNER/MANAGER JIM HAS 50 PLUS YEARS OF ANGLING EXPERIENCE TO SHARE WITH YOU. HE ALSO HAS A VAST COLLECTION OF FISHING BOOKS AND ANTIQUE FISHING COLLECTABLES FOR YOU TO VIEW. BOOKS CAN BE BORROWED.

AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS THIS EXCLUSIVE ACCOMMODATION HAS TWO BEDROOMS, A LARGE SUN-FILLED LIVING AREA, WELL-EQUIPPED BATHROOM AND COMPREHENSIVE KITCHEN. IT ALSO HAS A PRIVATE OUTDOOR DINING AREA WITH BBQ THAT IS ADJACENT TO A GRASSED CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA.

AS THE APARTMENT IS ON THE GROUND FLOOR IT CAN BE ENTERED FROM BOTH FRONT AND REAR AND IS PROTECTED FROM THE SOMETIMES STRONG WINDS.

Wonderful Stay

We had a fabulous weekend catching up with our husband/daddy who is staying at a defence base nearby. Great view and location very close to town for a quick walk to get coffee. You should never judge a book by its cover, this is a lovely old building that has a beautiful interior and I am sure many tales to tell.

Jim was very accommodating. We didn't want for anything in relation to our recent stay. Thank you very much. Lovely and tidy.

Super apartment on esplanade!

A wonderful comfortable stay in a, lovely warm apartment with great ocean views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, hot showers were great with strong water pressure. The location was perfect, very close to the main street and a walk along the esplanade was enjoyable in the mornings. Has everything you need. Highly recommend a drive to the Hot Springs, book in early. Thank you Jim for accommodating us.

Mornington accommodation...a surprise!

As a medium priced seafront apartment, we were surprised at how roomy it was. It's a well kept apartment with everything we needed. The large main bedroom had a VERY comfortable bed. The bathroom, a 50's style art deco room. Beautiful sea views day and night with many wonderful sunsets.

Owner's Response: It was a delight to host Rhonda and Peter. They are fine people who were able to enjoy all that Paddle, Swim, Fish, Shop and Dine has to offer. I do hope they are able to stay again sometime.
