Maintenance required

The apartment is looking run down and tired and requires maintenance. Broken blind cords, Loose towel rails, Swipe card for apartment door doesn’t work and key is required, Broken outdoor metal blind cords, Water damage in ensuite shower, and kitchen exhaust fan hasn’t been cleaned. Additionally whilst the apartment has entertainment the cords for the tv and speakers are exposed and have been run along the floor which isn’t ideal for guests staying with children. This is the same for the tv in the main room, cords are exposed and if you’re staying with an infant the portable cot is placed where the cords are. I would say the description of the property had been done some time ago as description of “Modern design, lighting and furnishings have created sophisticated and stylish spaces” isn’t relevant to this property. Also the resort restaurant and bar has been closed down so that also isn’t relevant to this property. If you’re staying more than one night with a family you will need to bring along your own toilet paper as you are provided with whatever the previous guests have left & in our case less than a full roll in each bathroom. When we asked hotel staff for additional roles we were told “you’re not Wyndham guests so we can’t give you any. You’ll need to contact the owner, good luck with that.” Location is great, and the resort pool & spa are fantastic but please note that the indoor pool is 1.7 meters which is not ideal for children without floaties. So bring you’re own.

Nice property

This apartment has all the facilities you need. It is getting a little tired however was clean and for the money - more than adequate. The master bedroom ensuite was the only area which I would criticize in that it was clearly an add on and is far too small. No bench top to place items on and a very small area around the toilet (Not even enough room to hang the toilet roll holder). The beds were very comfortable and there was a selection of pillows to keep everyone happy. The facilities offered at the resort are great (however again getting a little tired) and you are an easy walk into town. I'd be happy to stay at this apartment again.

Great location and amenities

We had a fantastic stay at the property. The location was great, close enough to everything while far enough away from the busy shopping centre. I would definitely recommend a massage at the day spa.

Great base to explore Torquay

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We were pleasantly surprised to find there was actually 2 bathrooms.

The room could do with a bit of an update, but it was perfect for what we needed it for.

We had 2 infants with us & it was very child friendly.

Brooke was very easy to deal with & extremely helpful.

I would definitely stay here again.

Maybe needs a few extra towels in the apartment and an oven tray.
