Located just 380 metres from Wamberal beach and lagoon, Ocean Breeze offers open plan, split level living with multiple living spaces which flow out to outdoor entertaining spaces. Boasting natural light thanks to expansive glass windows and high ceilings, this modern holiday home set on 2,000sqm contains ducted air conditioning, a swimming pool and full-size tennis court with lights. Ocean Breeze is a 400 metre walk to Wamberal's shopping village and cafes. Master bedroom contains a queen bed, en suite with shower and toilet, plasma TV, walk-in robe and balcony. Bedroom 2 contains a queen bed and en suite with shower, toilet. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each contain a bunk bed, single bed and built-ins. (*Spa not in use. *Ocean Breeze is limited to family group bookings.)

*SECURITY BOND: is required upon check-in, prior to key collection. The bond for this property is $2,000. Bond is returned to guest approx 48 hours post-checkout once the property has been cleaned and inspected for damages.

This property is NOT a party house. Council, Police and the local community have strict requirements in regard to nuisance noise and offensive behaviour. Under Section 268 of the Protection Environment Operations Act 1997, a Complainant may be successful in obtaining noise abatement order from the local court against the Offender. Heavy fines apply.

Amazing Property

We really made a correct choice to stay in this wonderful property. It met different requirements for our large group and allowed us have an amazing holiday!

Ocean Breeze is just as beautiful as it's pictures if not better. Very Spacious and only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Other than the property having no WiFi I have nothing but good things to say. I highly recommend this Holiday location and will be booking another stay in the future.

Wonderful spacious property

We stayed for a week with the family. We truly enjoyed the property, the open plan space & easy access to the swimming pool.

Pool table & tennis court was the perfect way for our family to spend some recreational time together.

Terrigal is just superb and not far at all.

We will be back.

The only thing I would say that we had wished the spa was available to use & access to wifi.
