All so close to the city centre and local shops by bike, bus or car. Details like full double glazing, gas log fire, bamboo flooring and quality appliances will ensure your comfort.
The main bedroom has a queen sized bed. The second bedroom has a king single plus comfortable king single trundle. Both the king single beds have inner spring mattresses on a timber slatted base. All sheets are top quality 100% organic cotton. Both bedrooms have large built ins.
This is a very family friendly environment, with lots of space to run around or ride bikes away from roads. Optional cot, change table, high chair, playpen, toys, kids' crockery and books are available at no extra charge.
We're right on an off-road bike path to the city and ANU too (via the lake path).
Conveniently located to Jamison Centre (with Coles and Aldi supermarkets, pizza and Chinese food), the Canberra International Sports and Aquatic Centre with olympic sized pool, Belconnen Town Centre and fruit markets, as well as being close to popular cafes at both Cook and Aranda Shops.
This is a great spot to base yourself while in Canberra.

About Naomi Wolfe
I am a public servant, working in the field of environmental and community protection. I live nearby and am happy to help out with anything you may need and to help you experience the best of Canberra. Discover why the locals love living here so much!
Why Naomi Wolfe chose Cook
Wybalena Grove is a unique, architecturally-designed, heritage-nominated, locally-renowned neighbourhood. Convenient to the city and both major universities by car, bus or Canberra's safe & scenic bike paths. Double glazing, gas log fire, bamboo floor, great toys & organic cotton linen. You can keep fit walking local bushland or up Mount Painter, play tennis or run amok in our two private playgrounds. Save money cooking in a well-equipped kitchen or even invite guests for a wood-fired pizza! :)
What makes this Townhome unique
Wybalena Grove gives you the best of both worlds - whether you feel like a relaxing country retreat or to conveniently enjoy all the attractions, scenery and eateries Canberra has to offer. This is one of the most sought-after residential neighbourhoods in Canberra. The architect, Michael Dysart was recently awarded the Order of Australia for services to architecture. The aesthetic is certainly 70s, but the design is passive solar well before its time, and the appeal has certainly stood that test of time. See more at

Clean and comfortable. Location good. Loved having carport use.
We had a wonderful time at this property during a weekend away to Canberra. It was perfect for our young children. It was such a nice touch that our host was thoughtful enough to put the heaters on ahead of our arrival and ensure that age appropriate toys and books were available for our kids. We would definitely stay again in the future.
Great central family stay
Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. A great central location within 5-10 minutes of the big attractions but set in a quiet suburb surrounded by considerate neighbours. Clean, excellently equipped and plenty of room for the 4 of us.
So handy to everything but so quiet and peaceful! We had a wonderful time staying here and coming back to unwind and escape from our very social weekend. Touches like the cereals in the cupboard and the heater on awaiting us were lovely. We were so close to so many handy places but it felt like we were miles away from civilisation. Very safe feeling. Was perfect for our 8yo son. Hope we can stay longer next time!
Beautiful, peaceful, unique property. Excellent!!
The townhouse was beautiful and so peaceful! There was plenty of pots / utensils etc required to cook in the kitchen, plus a generous amount of extras - pizza ingredients, glad wrap etc (small things that make a big difference to the stay). We stayed with our 11 & 8 year old and felt more than comfortable letting them go to the park by themselves. The property has a safe, community feel without people invading your family time. We all enjoyed being able to pat the nearby horses and walk up to the lookout. Naomi was generous with her local knowledge, available if needed and lovely to deal with.
The amount of quality younger children's toys in the cupboards would make going away with younger children SO much easier.
If you want somewhere quiet and peaceful to explore Canberra at your leisure or just relax and know you are in safe / beautiful surroundings. This is the place.
We lived staying at this place, close to town, bush setting, lovely owners, helpful, professional, kind.
Community feel, highly recommend staying here.
