With Bonnie Doon being the gateway to the Victorian High Country and only 165km north east of Melbourne CBD, come and enjoy the serenity of the famous township of Bonnie Doon.

Wimbledoon is positioned in a unique location and close proximity to all local attractions. The property has been in prime position of such iconic concerts as the Red Hot Summer Tour hosting the best seats in the house.

The property comprises of an upstairs open plan living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen that includes a full size electric oven & grill, electric stove top, microwave, dishwasher and double door fridge/freezer.

Adjoining dining area and lounge room hosting a coonara wood heater for those cooler winter months. Large TV screen with surround sound system and blue ray DVD player. All this under vaulted ceilings with reverse cycle Airconditioning and ceiling fan.

With 3 upstairs bedrooms that comfortably accommodate 8 guests, the bedrooms comprise of:

Bedroom 1: queen bed,

Bedroom 2: queen bed,

Bedroom 3: two (2) sets of single bunk beds.

(Bed linen supplied at an additional price per person)

Please note that the home sleeps at total of 8 guests.

(Also available for the use of sleeping accommodation is a 21 foot caravan which sleeps 4 extra guests at an additional price per night- please advise upon enquiry if you would like this inclusion)

The upstairs bathroom, hosts a shower, bath tub to relax in, hand basin and toilet. A separate laundry with a fully functional 5kg washing machine.

The rear deck faces the back yard and overlooks the shore line of Lake Eildon and the local famous hotel. Wimbledoon also has a 6 burner BBQ and outdoor setting to enjoy those barmy sunny days/nights.

Downstairs offers an outdoor undercover paved area with an additional washroom, basin and toilet along with another separate toilet. Making for a great entertaining area to relaxing and enjoy a beverage or two....or three...... and with a huge front and rear fenced yard for everyone to enjoy those outdoor activities.

Wimbledoon is certainly not short on open parking and is capable of hosting your boats and trailers and other recreational toys.

With a private rear gate leading directly to the local hotel, take a short stroll over to the local hotel for a classic pub meal and or drinks with no hassle of getting home.

Wimbledoon is pet friendly but pets are strictly not permitted inside the property. There is an outdoor pet bed for the four legged kind to relax on and enjoy his or her own peace of serenity.

With so many outdoor activities at your door step, there are lots of activities to do whilst in Bonnie Doon: water skiing, wakeboarding, fishing, walking, horse riding, off road 4x4, tracks to explore, trial bike riding just to name a few.
