Great views, and lovely unit
While we absolutely had a great time and loved the property and where its situated, we were certainly not happy with the cleanliness of it. Inside of the glass doors were covered in hand prints., glass top coffee table in the lounge and in the pool lounge area .... had not been cleaned. We had to vac the lounge area right after we arrived. This is just a bit of the cleaning issues.
Pool also was dirty and so we had to clean it ourselves. Minor maintenance needed desperately
throughout. Do the maintenance, get a decent cleaner and the property will be amazing to stay at.
Great views, good lay out, very comfortable. A very nice place, BUT...! needs miner maintenance through out.
We had a lovely stay at Emu Park. The house itself would benefit from some maintenance and a good clean. The bedding and bathrooms were very clean however windows had handprints all over them and when we went to use the sandwich toaster, it clearly had not been cleaned since last use. The frypan and wine glasses were also not cleaned properly. The bunk bed was extremely unstable and we did not let the kids use it. The hand railing on the stairs was also unstable. The lounge is definately not as white as it is in the picture and all the steel has rust marks (probably due to being to close to the beach). Minor things and easily fixed. The real estate were lovely to deal with and the location of the house, just across from the beach, was absolutely beautiful.
Had a great time
Excellent if you have two families, as you can have a bathroom each. Excellent location, walk to the shops and the beach. No blinds in one of the upstairs bedroom so take an eye mask. It is a well cared for property, would stay here again.

We loved the property, it was beautiful - just like the pictures. Really unhappy with the real estate that looks after it.
