This Family home has been fully renovated with all the modern conveniences comprising now of 3 bedrooms, (Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 Single beds), 1 large bathroom, main bedroom has an ensuite, 3 toilets, open plan modern kitchen, dining room and lounge room. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan.
Linen and towels are provided along with other little extras throughout the house. If staying two weeks or more a linen change is done on a weekly basis at no extra charge.
There is a large undercover entertaining alfresco dining area attached to the rear of the home, which includes a large outdoor table and BBQ for your convenience.
A childs play house completes the garden layout and includes a table and chairs and kitchen toys to keep them occupied.(Portable cot and high chair available on request)
A very big 4 car lockup garage fills the back yard and is available to tenants at an extra charge per night.
The Garage hire is $20.00 per night, tenants must be staying the night at the property
There is plenty of off street parking including the driveway and a paved area at the front of the garage.
Easy walk to all facilities Horsham has to offer.Walk 1 minute and you are in the Coles supermarket, 2 minutes and you are in the centre of Horsham CBD. This house is the closest accommodation you will get to the Horsham CBD. Park the car and walk to have a great night out without worrying about being over .05.
This home is perfectly situated in the CBD of Horsham with Coles supermarket less than 1 minutes walk away. The Post Office, Restaurants, Hotels, Cafes, Cinema, Pharmacies, K-Mart Plaza and shopping district are all within easy walking distance of between 2- 10 minutes. The Local Swimming Pool is about 15 minutes walk.
Whether you want to leave the car at home, put the sneakers on and walk everywhere or just relax on the large leather corner lounge with a good book or watch a movie on the 58" flat screen television, 'Glenburnie' is the place to stay.

Beautiful house, Great location
Sheryle's house is spacious, spotless with lovely decor. It is suitable for friends or family. Large paved play area and deck. Sheryle has basic supplies and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking.Location is excellent, walking distance to shopping area and lots of cafe's. This was our second visit and will stay again next time we pass through Horsham.
This was a great place to say, very clean close to the town center. Would stay there again for Shaw.
