Ideally located in a quiet laneway just a short stroll from fine dining restaurants, cafes, Duntry League Golf Course and the centre of town. This lovely house has a large living area with a wood fire and a beautiful garden.


36 Rosemary can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults.

2 large bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes (1 x queen, 2 x singles or king)

Electric blankets on all beds.

House is fully serviced (linen and towels provided)

A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and some condiments.

Nespresso coffee machine (pods provided).

Large lounge area with cast iron wood fire for the cooler months (some wood provided).

LCD TV & DVD player

Split system (heater and air-conditioner) in living and dining.

1 bathroom (1 shower, 1 toilet, 1 bath)

Laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer.

Fully fenced back yard with outdoor umbrella, table & chairs and weber bbq.

Chook yard with 2 chooks ( Sally & Susan ) and fresh eggs daily.

Ample off street parking available (up to 6 cars).

Baby cot & high chair available upon request.


2 NIGHT MINIMUM stay is required.

3 NIGHT MINIMUM on long weekends.

ONE WEEK MINIMUM over the Christmas/New Year period.

- Booking deposit of 50% is required to secure your stay.

- The total balance is due within 28 days prior to your stay.

- We require a $300 security bond. This is fully refundable if you leave the property in the condition in which you found it.

If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your stay, you will be refunded 50% of the total booking fee.

If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your stay you will forfeit 100% of your booking fee.

Smoking outside only - The premises is strictly non-smoking.
