INFORMATION

2 NIGHT MINIMUM stay is required.

3 NIGHT MINIMUM on long weekends.

ONE WEEK MINIMUM over the Christmas/New Year period.

- Booking deposit of 50 percent is required to secure your stay.

- The total balance is due within 28 days prior to your stay.

- We require a $500 security bond. This is fully refundable if you leave the property in the condition in which you found it.

If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your stay, you will be refunded 50 percent of the total booking fee.

If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your stay you will forfeit 100 percent of your booking fee.

Smoking outside only - The premises is strictly non-smoking.

Lived up to our Expectations

We are self confessed accommodation snobs ! When we go away on a rare holiday we like a little luxury and creature comforts. Where we stay can make or break our holiday and can put a real damper on it if it fails to impress. 36 Rosemary Lane was everything it says it is and more. Gemma has done an outstanding job in making this delightful abode ever so comfortable, warm relaxing and inviting. The interior decor and styling is up to date and modern. Thank you Gemma for providing such a wonderful place for people to stay and explore Orange. The location is spot on and so close to town and other attractions. Highly recommend this beautiful home to any traveller !

Great property - even for people on business trips

Fantastic property. We were in Orange on a business trip and my colleague and I chose to stay here instead of a hotel as the house gave us more room and the ability to make our own meals. Much more comfortable than staying in a hotel.

Beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend here. The house is beautifully decorated, and very clean. The location was great, it only took us around 5 minutes to walk to some great bars and restaurants. We'll be coming back.

Perfect!

I stayed at 36 Rosemary with my husband, 8 month old baby and mother for a weekend and we enjoyed ourselves so much, we extended our stay for an extra night. The house is beautifully furnished, light and bright, bedrooms are spacious, beds very comfortable and the living room is huge, with a lovely fireplace. It's a short (and flat) walk to town, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended!
