Our property offers a large, single level house, with large, sparkling swimming pool, air-conditioning in main areas and is an easy walk to Noosa's Main Beach and the famous Hastings Street.

NFO44 has large, open living spaces with lots of glass doors and windows to allow natural light in. The sliding doors in the living room open to the outdoor dining area and timber deck, overlooking the waterfront.

NFO44 is a great family house and is also suitable for 3-4 couples looking for the perfect Noosa escape.


The main living area boasts high raked ceilings with double glass sliding doors along one side, allowing in natural light. This room also features an extra large sofa...big enough for the largest families, as well as a wide screen TV equipped with cable TV which are sure to keep everyone entertained.

The double glass doors open out to a paved, undercover, alfresco dining area and timber deck with direct waterway frontage.

The well appointed kitchen features timber cabinetry, dishwasher, microwave, loads of bench space and island bench. This kitchen is ready for you to take full advantage of the wonderful local produce on offer at Noosa's renowned Farmers Market that is a must visit on Sunday mornings. There is no better way to enjoy the real taste of Noosa. Because you are on the waterfront you may want to throw in a line and perhaps catch a fish for dinner.

All of the bedrooms are generously appointed with ceiling fans to all rooms and air-conditioning in the main bedroom. The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with the option of an extra bed supplied for a 9th guest if required.

The inground pool has paved surrounds and is bordered by lush, green palm trees, giving a true tropical feel. The tranquility of the area will force you to sun bake, swim, fish, read, sleep or just enjoy a well-deserved glass of wine.
