Welcome to BEACH HAVEN ~ Built for the tropics, large pool and wide undercover verandas offering the ultimate in outdoor living, this delightful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach retreat is situated in a desirable cul de sac location this being just a 2 min stroll to beautiful 4 Mile Beach and the foreshore playground which is via a pathway at the end of the quiet court. The pool is heated to 28c during the day in the winter months for your added comfort.

BEACH HAVEN is perfect for family holidays or for a group of friends who want to share good times, every member of the family is catered for in this beautifully presented home. This spacious home is a entertainers delight, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom at each end of the house separated by a large open lounge/kitchen area, this offers privacy to guests. There are TV's installed in the 3 main bedrooms and the living area has a Smart tv with Netflix, Bluetooth stereo/dvd player and free Wi-Fi throughout the house.

There is a great outdoor undercover and BBQ pavilion area which are perfect for entertaining all year round. This area is well equipped with a 8 seater dining table, outdoor couches and 4 deckchairs to relax in, all this and your own large private pool is a perfect way to spend your tropical nights with plenty of space for complete relaxation; your own private resort!

The well equipped kitchen is large and is ideal for entertaining, large fridge, gas cooktop, oven, microwave & dishwasher, coffee pod machine and all other kitchen essentials, the pantry is stocked with basic essentials & condiments for your convenience. There is a fully equipped laundry and laundry powder and cleaning products are supplied. The beds are made up with fresh linen for your arrival and 2 bath towels and a pool towel is provided for each guest, we supply a starter of personal supplies and otherwise the house is self catering.

LOCATION & FEATURES

This lovely beach house is located in Andrews close at 4 mile beach, this being a lovely quiet court approx 2 minute stroll to beautiful 4 mile beach and a fabulous children's playground on the foreshore. Being a court there is no main streets to cross to reach the beach, there is a pathway at the end of the court leading to the beach.

Delightful location, close to the beach with some great local restaurants within easy walking distance. The main centre of Port Douglas is about a 4 minute drive into town, or you can walk into town along beautiful 4 mile beach and catch the local shuttle back.

*5 min drive into town, local shuttle bus also runs along the main road every 15mins for those nights you do not want to drive.

*Local bottle shop, local restaurants, takeaway & cafe within walking distance.

*Short stroll to parkland reserve and adjoining beach
