Take a stroll along the river and enjoy this beautiful location.

Luxurious top floor apartment with glimpses of The Myall River from the spacious front balcony. The apartment comprises 3 double bedrooms (each with a queen size bed), 2 Bathrooms, ducted air conditioning, ceiling fans, well-appointed fully equipped, full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer.

Quality furnishings throughout including a flat screen television and DVD player.

Secure parking is available with an allocation for 2 car spaces. For your convenience there is also elevator access from the car park to the unit.

This unit offers excellent disabled access for wheelchairs.

Please note: Children are welcome, however there is a queen size bed in all the bedrooms.

Overnight stays are permitted outside school and public holiday periods.

5 Minutes walk to the Tea Gardens Country Club and its Bowling Greens

A must holiday stay for bowlers with the Tea Gardens Country Club a short walk away.

The usual club activities take place. You can relax on the terrace and enjoy a BBQ while your children enjoy the kids playground.

Alternatively, enjoy a meal in the popular Tea Gardens Club Restaurant, serving an extensive range of Australian cuisine.

Within 2 minutes from of your apartment, you can enjoy a pleasant walk along the riverfront, where you can stroll to the foreshore restaurants or try the popular Fish & Chips shop where the owner catches fresh fish every day (weather permitting).

You should do breakfast over the waters of the Myall River at the Boatshed Restaurant. Bookings are recommended as this is a popular restaurant.

A very short drive will take you to Hawks Nest Golf Club, Hawks Nest Main Beach, Jimmy's Beach and Mungo Brush.

A ferry service will take you to Nelson Bay, where you may sight dolphins en route.

Whale watching cruise departs Tea Gardens in season.

Extended Weekend Stay

Pick the keys anytime after lunch on Friday and enjoy 2 full days in Tea Gardens.

You can return the keys by 5.00 pm on Sunday.

If you leave at 5.00 pm, you can be back in Sydney just after 7.00 pm after enjoying this wonderful weekend away.

Our extended weekend rate is $500.00 and if 2 couples share the unit the cost is $250.00 per couple. Get your friends together and come for the weekend.

About William Mills

We are travellers ourselves and we choose to stay with other Stayz owners when we are away. We often pick up little ideas that we incorporate into our unit as we want our apartment to fell like a home away from home. We stay in the property ourselves every 6 to 8 weeks and we ensure that everything is in good working order and it is maintained to our high standards of cleanliness.

Why William Mills chose Tea Gardens

We bought this property because we loved it's location. Our building has a reliable lift and secure car parking. It is ideal for people with disabilities.

It's an easy drive 2 hour from Sydney via the freeway and is an ideal weekend getaway.

We love having fish & chips on the river bank or having breakfast in a cafe over the river.

The river is 100 metres away and the beach is 5 minutes by car. What more could you ask!

What makes this apartment unique

In our travels we find that cleanness is a big issue.

We maintain our property to our own high standards of cleanliness and you will often see this aspect mentioned in our reviews. Our mattress protectors and pillow protectors are cleaned on a regular basis and the beds are sanitised regularly.

Many of our guests will only stay with us when they come to the area, as they have had problems in the past with properties that are not maintained properly.

The best property I've stayed at in Tea Gardens!

Myself, hubby & two girls absolutely loved this property. It was extremely clean, tidy & most of all it was spacious and beautiful. I have never stayed at a property so clean. We have been going to Tea Gardens for more then 30 years and I wish I found this property earlier. It is the best one I've ever stayed at. I'll only be booking at this unit when we go. It also fit our jet ski & large Q7 Car securely in the garage, which we were extremely pleased with. It's in a perfect location and ambiance is absolutely relaxing!

Bill was very accomodating and helped with all enquiries. He's a very polite man.

The reason our property is so clean is a simple one, we stay in the property on a regular basis ourselves and we make sure everything is perfect for our guests. By using our property ourselves we see the little annoying things that are often missed by the cleaners and we fix them immediately. Everything is maintained in good working order and the property is thoroughly cleaned twice a year.

This was a perfect weekend getaway

Simply loved the place. No hassle whatsoever from the start. Picked up the keys from the country club across the road. Bill was super helpful and accomodating. The place was really clean and welcoming. I cannot think of anything constructive to say. Would definitely stay here again. That being said, if there was internet of some sort, that would've made the nights really fun since the area goes quiet after 9pm and there is not much to do.

There are games to play in the cupboard and our DVD plays both Blu-Ray and standard DVD's. There are so many good restaurants in Tea Gardens to tempt your tastebuds and breakfast at the Boatshed is the very best way to start your day. This restaurant is so popular that you must book, otherwise you may have a wait to be accommodated. Tea Gardens is quiet by nature and this is it's main attraction. It is so nice to enjoy this peace and quiet of the beautiful place by the sea.

Excellent property-exceeded expectations

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at the Tea Gardens Luxury apartment. The property exceeded expectations, being much larger than the photos suggest. The owners left tea/coffee/milk/spring water, so we were able to relax immediately upon arrival following a long drive, without having to shop. The location was excellent, providing an easy, level walk to great restaurants and take aways.

Comfortable and generous apartment

We had a very comfortable stay in this apartment. The high raked ceiling gave a generous feeling of space. The apartment is nicely appointed and easily accessible. Owners were welcoming and provided all information needed. I didn't enquire prior to booking as a previous review suggested everything needed was there, however after booking we were advised that we needed to bring our own sheets for beds as well as personal towels. Everything else was generously provided. Would definitely consider staying again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Wonderful stay in super apartment

We were surprised at how lovely this apartment was and how perfect it was for our short weekend stay in Tea Gardens. It has a very large nice lounge with huge TV and great sofas. The 2 bedrooms each have a nice bathroom and comfy Queen size beds. The best surprise was everything we needed was there (eg enough blankets, pillows, toilet paper, kitchen cling wrap, milk in fridge- especially all the things you normally forget and have to go and find a shop to buy necessities!) . Nice to have 2 carparks in secure lock up garage. The owners were great. Finally, it was incredibly clean, well looked after. A real treat for us. Highly recommended!
