About the property

Casa Linda has spent most of her life accommodating families beneath her broad, sheltering roof – now she has undergone a huge makeover and has taken on a new direction – providing small or larger groups of people short term accommodation under her welcoming wing!

She would delight in the opportunity to show off her three newly renovated bathrooms and freshly painted, styled interior. And wait until you see her stand of friendly waving palms on the front lawn – they make a quintessential Queensland statement.

Located in a tranquilly, quiet wide street adjacent to a leafy park, Casa Linda offers four bedrooms which comprise a King’s bed, a Queen size, a double and two sets of single bunk beds. With the addition of three double sofa beds, she can easily accommodate up to 16 guests. All of these bedrooms even have separate air conditioning units!

Separate spacious lounge areas including a Billiards room ensure you have ample entertainment options inside, whilst the lovely back garden provides a delightful, covered outdoor entertaining area. Adjacent to this and perfect on balmy days, is the cooling salt water pool, complete with a separate wading section for younger members of the brigade.

If you’d prefer to dine in on some evenings you could cook up a storm in the well-designed kitchen, taking advantage of Casa Linda’s brand new appliances, which include a fan forced oven, dishwasher and microwave.

She has covered parking for one vehicle and sufficient off street parking as well. Street parking is also council permitted. The stunning park and playground next door will prove a huge drawcard for the youngsters or as a leafy respite for adult visitors.

Casa Linda is only 25 minutes from Brisbane City, 30 minutes to the airport, and just 30 minutes from Gold Coast attractions such as “Dreamworld”. Even the Sunshine Coast is an easy one and a half hours drive, if for example Noosa Beach or Australia Zoo is on the to-do list. Her central location is a huge asset for holidaying or other south/eastern Queensland activities.

An excellent alternative to hotel/motel accommodation, especially with larger groups involved – the economic benefits are obvious!




After staying once at Casa Linda she is sure to beckon you back again and again.


Casa Linda is; only 25mins from Brisbane city, 30 mins from Airport, and just 30mins from Gold Coast attractions such as Dreamworld. Even the Sunshine Coast is only 1 1/2 hours drive, an easy day drive trip to check our our quieter side of Queensland. Its unique location is one of its best assets for holidays and other events.

SPORT: Minutes away from ANZ(QSAC) Stadium, Suncorp, The GABBA, Chandler, Gold clubs, Rugby Union grounds etc.

HOSPITALS: Short distance to all Queen Elizabeth II, PA, Mater, Royal Brisbane etc

UNIVERSITIES AND SCHOOLS: Griffith Uni, QUT, UQ, CHC, Music Conservatorium and Performing Arts Centre.

House Rules & Inclusions


We supply linen, pillows, blankets and towels which should be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathrooms on departure. Pool towels are included We also supply dish-washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and toilet paper.


Check out is no later than 10am on the day of check out, unless otherwise negotiated.

Check in is 1pm.

Undercover carport for your convenience and also street parking.

Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee.

All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.

The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked.

- Report all breakages to the owner/manager so that

they can be fixed or replaced

- Don't disturb neighbours. Obey local rules and respect the community you are visiting

- Try not to waste water and switch off lights and heating when you leave the property

- When checking out leave the property in a clean and tidy state.

- Strictly no illegal activities are permitted on the premises.
