The peaceful waters of Cunninghame Arm are right over the road and the surf beach is just a short walk across the footbridge. Cafes and restaurants are just a few minutes walk and, if you are in the mood for some retail therapy, there are many hidden treasures to be found in the shops along the Esplanade.

Sea Breeze has the facilities and space to accommodate a family of eight or four couples. There is also a foldaway bed, porta-cot and high chair if needed.

The spacious upper level lounge with comfortable chaise couch, large flat screen TV and entertainment system adjoins the dining area which seats six and opens onto an alfresco room with double sofa-bed, electric bbq and taking full advantage of the magnificent views. A selection of DVDs, CDs, books, board games and outdoor play equipment is also available.

The fully equipped and well-appointed kitchen has an electric cook top, oven, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, large flat screen TV, magnificent views of the water and a roller shutter on the window to ensure peacefully quiet nights. The beautifully appointed en-suite bathroom includes a shower, basin and WC as well as a hair dryer and straightener.

The large second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. The main bathroom has a bath, basin and separate shower. There is also a separate downstairs toilet and European laundry housing a washing machine, clothes drier, iron and ironing board.

There is a lovely front garden to buffer the street and a sunny sheltered sitting area on the ground level porch. For the car and boat, there is a remote-controlled double garage and there is also room for a further two vehicles outside the garage.

Doonas, blankets, pillows, sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels and face washers. Also provided is a starter kit of shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee, tea and sugar. Please note that the property is not suitable for large group parties.

Loved the townhouse, beautifully presented, everything you could want for holiday accommodation at Lakes. Easy walk to all the main attractions, beach, foreshore, restaurants. Had a wonderful time, we will be back!

Wish we could stay longer. My favourite thing was hiring a little putt-putt boat and touring the lakes. The Wyanga Park winery was a delight. So much to do!

Really really really good place to stay!

The location is great! And it's got a double garage. Three beds are very comfortable and the view on second floor is pretty good. Very clean and tidy. Wish to go another time and here would be the first choice!
