Secure parking, comfy beds and a peaceful street (couldn't hear a thing all night) are all bonuses for this beautiful apartment.

The Space

New 3 year old Boutique Home located in the Footscray central, walking to the main train & tram stations as well as to the markets, restaurants, KFC, bars and just 15 minute driving to Melbourne CBD or take a tram to Highpoint shopping centre in few minutes.

As architecture owner, guests will enjoy the smart modern design with 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bath or shower, extra 1 toilet suite for visitors, 1 large modern kitchen, huge living area with TV and indoor laundry.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Upstairs is the Master bedroom with queen size bed with private ensuite.

The 2 others bedrooms upstairs are queen sized bed and double bed .

All beds are decorated with artwork and furnished with luxury hotel quality bed linen accompanying white towels.

KITCHEN

New opened-space modern kitchen fully equipped with a large fridge, oven, stove top, microwave, kettle, storage, cookware and kitchen essentials.

LAUNDRY

Washing and ironing facilities provided

3 toilets organised soap and toilet paper

Guests will have an entire house as I just meet to drop the key.

Also with remote garage (direct access), it is so convenient to park your car.

Just be yourselves, you won't see me around there unless you need me anytime.

The Neighbourhood

You will have best chance to live with different nationalities. Little Saigon is known as so much special features and all sorts of restaurants.

You definitely enjoy late night markets with everything on sales.

Getting around

You will experienced the West Central located between the city and airport, quickly to access to freeway, citylink or even you can explore Melbourne by bus, train and tram in front your door steps

Extra things for Guests

As 7 year professional travel consultants, I have a pleasure to help travellers to book all tours, car hire, shuttle bus as well as handling emergency travelling situations.

I also organise daily tour around Melbourne like Great Ocean Road, Philip Island, Mount Dandenong, Balarrat as well as picking up & dropping off at airports.

Lucky me, my brother owns the famous Asian restaurant, we can provide breakfast and dinner with little charge. Guests just need to make order one day before.
