This is a Ranch style home with a 2 car garage w/ door opener and a fenced backyard. There is a partly covered rear deck with a propane barbecue and picnic table. The home is about 15 minutes south of downtown Denver. The light rail station is only a few minutes away for easier access to the Downtown attractions and Coors Field. There is 2 flat screen TVs upstairs and in the unfinished basement is a large TV and a ping pong table.

This house served our purpose. We needed an affordable place to stay for a few days. It really has great potential with a few additions. The location was very good! I felt safe and there were tons of stores and restaurants near (not in walking distance). Working with the manager/owner was great. They were very responsive and professional.

The kitchen needs to be thoroughly cleaned. It wasn't nasty, but the cabinets need to be cleaned out and lined. The kitchen had some plates and equipment, but could use more. The bathroom cabinets also needed to be wiped down. Lastly, we had to go buy towels because the towels there were clean, but were old and dingy looking. Not something I would want to put on my face.

I would give this place a 5 if the kitchen and bathrooms were cleaner, there were fresh towels, and if the basement was finished and furnished.

All in all, the rest of the house was ok.

Good house

We rented this house for our church family mission trip. The house was adequate and the teens loved the ping pong table downstairs! We had an issue when we first arrived as one of our adults found some pornography magazines in the magazine rack which we quickly disposed of! Iam assuming these were left by previous guests! The house was clean but not top-quality cleaned. There is no central air but there is a swamp-cooler which worked well but you have to leave the windows open. This house fit our needs and is a great house if you just need a place to stay but is not a luxury getaway. The owner was great to work with and quickly fixed an issue we had with the locks!
