This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom recently renovated Executive Apartment is centrally located to Mandurah's main attractions.

The Apartment is located on the ground floor and has an allocated car parking bay for one car plus an allocated area for guest parking. The unit comfortably sleeps 4, plus it has a fold out sofa bed that can enable another two people to stay at the Apartment.

This recently refurbished apartment comes fully furnished and tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen with the latest appliances and includes a full size fridge, oven, Induction cook top and microwave to gives guests the option to stay in and cook a meal.. In addition, you also have a Smart TV, free high speed NBN Wireless internet and a selection of latest DVD movies to help you relax after a busy day sightseeing around Mandurah.

The master Bedroom comes with a queen size bed, and ensuite. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. All bedrooms have their own TV.

The apartment is in a 58 unit complex that was formerly Brady's Resort (which is directly behind the Atrium Resort Hotel) that has now been strata titled and many of the apartment recently having undergone extensive renovations. Please note their is no water views from these apartments.

Located less than 5 minutes walk to the waterfront or the Marina and is ideal for those that want to park the car up and walk to everything.

Being located within the centre of Mandurah, you have the estuary foreshore, Kids beach & playground, restaurants, shops, marina, estuary, Supermarket, old traffic bridge, Kings Carnival and ocean beaches all within 3 to 10 minutes walking distance.

Ideally suited to Couples or Families looking to holiday in Mandurah, it also doubles as a perfect base for anyone in Mandurah on Business.

Great Local Activities

Less than 5 minutes walk to the Foreshore, Kids beach & playground, Cinemas and Marina

approximately 10 minute walk to Town Centre, the old traffic bridge and Kings Carnival.

Also within 10 minutes walk is a large selection of Cafes, Restaurants, clubs and pubs or you can stroll along the estuary foreshore to see the dolphins and abundant sea life and birds.

While most attractions are with easy walking distance, the free bus stop to the train station is within 3 minutes walk and the bus trip to the train station takes about 5 minutes. The train to Perth leaves about every 15 minutes and takes about 45 minutes to get to the centre of the City.

There are also many taxi's and you don't usually have to wait very long.

Mandurah is very flat and is very easy to cycle. There is boat and bicycle hire on the waterfront within 5 minutes walk. There is also paddle board and jet ski hire also within 10 minutes walk.

The Mandurah Canal Cruises depart every hour and are also within 5 minutes walk.

This entire unit is exclusively yours when you rent it.

You will have access to the entire apartment and 1 designated car parking bay plus there is plenty of visitor parking available.

Please kindly empty the rubbish bin when leaving. The Skip Bin is located at the end of the car park.

Do make yourself at home, but please help save the environment by turning off the air conditioner or heater and all electrical appliances when you leave the apartment.

Please do not disturb the neighbours and keep the sound down at night and early morning.

Affordable Pricing

The Minimum stay is for 2 nights. Person booking the apartment must be 25 years or older. No school leavers, and this property is not suitable for pets.

During the December/January and School Holidays, the apartment is rented out for a minimum of 5 nights.

You will be required to pay the entire amount of your stay at the time of booking.

SECURITY BOND

Our normal terms are $400 deposit paid at time of booking. This $400 is used as a 'security bond' when you eventually take possession of the property. This 'security bond' is refunded within 5 business days after check out, provided the property is left in the condition in which you found it.

Alternatively, if you can provide us with the following:

- Current Copy of Passport and Drivers Licence, or

- Current Copy of Drivers Licence and Current Utility Bill which has a matching residential address

The bond will be waived.

You will be required to pay the entire amount of your stay at the time of booking.

Host background

As a businessman that travels extensively, mainly throughout Asia, and having stayed mainly in short term accommodation such as Stayz, I feel I have gained a good understanding of what discerning travellers expect and requires.

Whilst I love travelling, I also love to have all the comforts of a clean modern home, like wireless internet, TV's (including one in each bedroom), DVD player with latest movies, good cooking facilities, washer and dryer, full size fridge and a work desk.

We have recently renovated both of our 2 bedroom units, that are located right in the heart of Mandurah, and have incorporated many of the features I have seen and experienced in the units I have stayed in Asia, most particularly the newer and refurbished units in Hong Kong.

Having been a long term landlord for many years, I have really enjoyed the first 12 months of managing our short stay accommodation and look forward to making your stay a very pleasant experience and really appreciate any suggestions or constructive criticism so we can continually improve.
