Quiet,secluded comfortable property.

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for three nights and used the home as a base to explore the surrounding national parks and Comboyne area which is very pretty. The home is comfortable and quaint. Pamela and Andrew are great hosts with fresh milk and home made cheeses supplied, plus firewood.

We had a very enjoyable stay.

Immaculate, quiet and beautiful

  • 5 of 5

Overflowing basket of vegetables, home made yoghurt and fabulous silky soap left for us. Comfy beds, adequate sink space and manicured garden. Weather too hot and wet to explore far so we simply enjoyed the seclusion.

Beautiful location

  • 3 of 5

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. Location is beautiful with lovely neighbouring area. Cottage itself was a nice place to stay.

Cons: Kitchen area. There is no stoves and sink is jammed so cleaning of utensils was not an easy job.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review Ferdous. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately it is the rule of the local council that if you have more than one dwelling on your property ie a guest house, you are not permitted to put in an oven. Crazy I know. The kitchenette is equipped with toaster, microwave, crock pot/slow cooker, jaffle maker and large electric fry pan. There is the gas operated oven barbeque located on the internal verandah. Ideal for roasts, grills, barbequing etc. It also features a single stove top gas ring burner ideal for cooking rice, pasta etc.
