Charming, easy access, in town cabin with 2 Master Bedrooms. Master Bedrooms #1 has its own private bathroom with a double sink vanity and bath/shower combo. Junior Master Bedroom #2 has its own private bathroom with a single sink vanity and shower. Both bedrooms have a Queen size bed, 2 nightstands with reading lamps, clock\alarm\radio, a lighted ceiling fan, a dresser, mirrored closet doors and newer flat screen TVs. Bedroom -1 also has a WII game system and a sliding door to the patio/hot tub. The kitchen is newer and well equipped with all stainless steel appliances and granite slab counter tops. The family room is cozy with a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. Also, you will find board games, internet access, full size washer and dryer, outside gas grill and a hot tub to relax in at the end of the day.

Bear Paw cabin works well for two couples, two singles or a family of four. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. One bathroom can be accessed from the main living area as well, if you want it to be.

The backyard has a patio, hot tub, dining table and a gas barbecue grill.

Our in town location provides easy access to lakes, forests, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, mountain biking, cycling, hiking, boating, golfing, skiing, nightlife and more.

Very charming but noisy neighbors

Thank you for the very comfortable home away from home. Your place was very clean and furnished perfectly. It was supplied with everything we needed. Everything was updated, we loved having access to a washer and dryer. We walked to Coldwater Brewery which I would recommend, and it was nice being close to town. We were concerned however when we came home one evening to six police cars, some blocking the driveway and along the street. This unfortunately happened 3 times during our 5 night stay. We think it was for the house next door, the police wouldn't give us any information. The neighbors on the other side would start construction in the evening and continue until after 11 pm. They were also talking loudly which made it difficult to sleep until they finished for the night. We realize that you have no control over the neighbors and their activities, but just wanted you to know. Other than the neighbors we loved your place and would recommend your home to others! Thank you!

Owner's Response: Hello Beverly, Thank you for letting us know you enjoyed both the house and location. Nice to hear you walked to Cold Water Brewery and Grill. We also enjoy dining there. After reading your review, we called the police department for more information. On two separate occasions the police department received a call to report someone was in a vacant vacation home. Both times they found no one in the home. The vacation home is a half block down and across the street. Sorry the police parked in front of our driveway and neighbors house. Your review also stated, our neighbor was doing construction after 11. Unfortunately, we were unaware until we read this review. Although it's after the fact we did call our neighbor to let him know we had received a complaint. They said they were putting in a new driveway but not working until 11. They are very nice people and said, they apologize for any inconvenience they caused with the noise. We would be happy to hear from you again, if you find yourselves traveling back to Lake Tahoe. Please keep in mind we provide all guests with our personal cell phone #s so they can call or text with any issues or questions during their stay. Clean and comfortable- Felt like home!

We had a great stay! Very well kept house. I slept incredibly well there. Bed quality is outstanding. I would highly recommend. My only critique would be that is needs a better quality coffeemaker. Everything else - top notch! I will stay again.

Clean and has everything you need

We really enjoyed staying here. There are 2 queen bedrooms, 2 baths and a fold out couch. Everything was well appointed and cozy and we felt that the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook several meals. Bring your own spices and condiments. The house was also really clean and the hot tub was great- just check to see if it's on as it took several hours to heat up. We'd love to come back!

Enjoyed this place and all of its ammedities. The owners have done a fantastic job in making it feel like a real and true home away from your own home. The place is immaculate, kitchen is updated and well equipped, hot tub was great, yard was spacious and I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

This is a comfy, cozy and clean cabin with wonderfully accommodating owners!

What a pleasure it was to call Bear Paw Cabin our home for nearly two weeks. The energy in the cabin flows and we felt right at home. The owners are approachable, communicative and truly care about their home. The description of the cabin is accurate and if you need anything else, just ask. Scott and Teri will do their best to make it happen. You can feel confident that upon leasing this home, you will be in the perfect place to leave all your troubles behind. We loved our time here!
