This apartment is well suited to a couple’s getaway or a corporate stay, only 2km’s from the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. The main bedroom features a plush queen bed, small TV and DVD as well as a shower and separate toilet.

Public transport within 100m, Alternatively if you are bringing your car, we can provide you with an on street parking permit upon request for one car. The living zone features a split system which flows well into all areas of the apartment. The futon lounge converts to a bed for a 3rd guest suitable for a child, with prime viewing of the Sony HD TV.

Security Deposit and Guest Information

Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:

Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.

Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and you may be evicted at any stage.

Great position!

Such a clean well presented apartment in a great position. There was plenty of room for parking and great places to eat within walking distance. This accommodation was really well equipped and we loved the fact that there was a balcony and a barbecue.

Spoiled for choice

Great location, Such a short distance to 2 different tram stops. Great to escape back to the lovely quiet street after a big day out. So close to everything we wee spoiled for choice.

Great location

Close to transport, South Melbourne Market and lovely Albert Park Village. Very small, really only suitable for a couple (and certainly not with a baby). Steep windy staircase to door. Shower & toilet open in bedroom. Everything clean & in working order.
