We enjoyed our stay at this lovely and well-equipped apartment. Location is excellent and all the amenities that come with it are much appreciated. With a small grocery store nearby, we were able to do our laundry, prepare oven baked meals and move around so much more than staying in hotel. Thanks to the kind owner for stocking it with everything we needed. And many thanks for the directions how to get to and from Orly and DeGaulle airports. You made it so much easier. Hope we can return in a few years!
If you are looking for a great apartment in a vibrant neighbourhood with easy access to the rest of the city you will not be disappointed. If you are a foodie who is keen for a mix of eating out and taking advantage of the amazing produce, cheese, fish and meat from the areas markets, the apartment's kitchen will serve you well and the market and shops at Place d'Aligre will please your taste buds. There are also several good wine shops in the area.
The place was perfect for a couple and we could easily have brought our children.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour de 5 jours dans ce bel appartement. Nous étions en couple avec notre fils de 8 ans. Spacieux, confortable, décoré avec goût et très bien placé ! Pour nous ce logement correspondait parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions. Nous espérons vraiment pouvoir revenir .

Cet appartement au cachet certain est meublé et décoré avec goût, lumineux et calme, parfaitement agencé pour notre plus grand confort, idéalement situé à 5 minutes à pied de la Bastille et proche du fameux marché d'Aligre, environné de bons restaurants, à proximité de toutes les commodités, très bien desservi par les transports en commun. L'hôte de ces lieux vous marque une grande attention et vous accueille de façon bienveillante.
This apartment is close to 2 Metro stations ( lines 1 and 8) and a 15” walk from the Air France bus stop at Gare de Lyon going to the airport. A grocery store is just steps away. There are many shops, restaurants, cafes, and two outdoor food markets close by. The owner is nice and helpful and responded rapidly by phone message to my emails. There is a neighbor in the building, in case of emergencies or other needs. And the friendly housekeeper, who met me when I arrived, because the owner was out of town, also gave me her phone number. The apartment is very large, extends from a busy commercial street (which is quiet enough) to a courtyard (where the bedroom is), which is very quiet. The kitchen is roomy and extremely well equipped, also with basic food products. The apartment was stocked with many, many items a renter/traveler might need. I occupied the apartment alone but because of the good contact with owner, I did not feel isolated, and I loved the homey feel of this place.
