This is a brand new fully furnished, comfortable, modern apartment with an open living kitchen and lounge with a sofa bed. It has a separate bedroom with queen sized bed, a bathroom with shower and enclosed laundry cupboard with a washer/drier.
(Please note that we have a 3 day minimum stay)
It is ideal for a couple but can accommodate a further two using the sofa bed.
A substantial north facing balcony with an outdoor furniture suite, spans the entire apartment with a sweeping views through to Melbourne central business district, 17 kilometres away.
There are large televisions in both the lounge and bedroom and Foxtel is provided in the lounge. Free wireless NBN broadband is also provided.
The apartment has reverse cycle air conditioning.
The apartment complex includes a 23 metre swimming pool with spa, a substantial gymnasium with all modern equipment and a sauna. All these facilities are free to guests.
On the ground floor you will find the cafe/restaurant, Loco South for your morning expresso and a small supermarket for groceries.
Only two kilometres to the east is the huge Southland Shopping Centre and two kilometres to the west is the beautiful Sandringham beach.
There are bus stops in front of the building that will take you to Southland in one direction and the beach and Sandringham train station in the other direction. Nepean highway is only two kilometres away if you are driving to the city or heading down the coast.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Our flight from Europe arrived at 10pm so we didn't arrive at the property until midnight. Debbie arranged for a family member to meet us at midnight with the keys, fantastic. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The complex has great amenities, pool and gym. The location is a 2 km walk to the bay, shops, cafes and restaurants, very easy.
A flawless experience!
We stayed in Debbie's place over Xmas and New Years, while visiting our kids in Melbourne. The experience was the most positive ever, when renting through air-b-and-b or similar site. The quality of the place, exhaustive amenities and great location made this a perfect short term holiday home for us, two adults. Although apartment is facing Bay road, traffic noise was not at all disturbing. There is a construction site next to the building, which MIGHT cause some inconvenience it the future, but during our stay, it was not in operation. The owner was extremely flexible to provide us possibility to leave our luggage into the apartment when we were away for two days, and had no trouble in extending our last days stay until late night, when our departing flight was delayed. I can give honest 5 star rating and highest recommendation to this apartment.
Owner communicated really well with us prior to arrival - easily sorting out an extra night. This apartment development is very nice, fittings and finishes of high level of workmanship & quality. Apartment fine for 2 adults/1 child - has everything u need & more. Pool/spa & sauna nice to return to each day. Car /building security excellent, handy IGA on lower level & 5 mins from a Westfields & beach. Left jewellery bag behind & was called to inform & posted to us next day - thanks !
Wonderful views from a great balcony
Lovely apartment, clean, bright and modern with everything you need for a great holiday. Comfortable seating for 4 on 2 sofas, although it is a 1 bed. Full width balcony with great views to CBD. Very convenient for beach and quick drive to restaurants etc. On site cafe and small supermarket very useful. Weekday morning rush hour traffic noise a bit intrusive - no problem weekend - but more than compensated for by great views and that balcony.

Couldn't wish for a better equipped, easy-to-live in apartment - nicely laid out and nothing missing at all! 20 minute walk to Sandringham, the metro station and the bay - was lovely, even at the start of winter. Gym and pool are fantastic (and underused) facilities. Only negative point was traffic noise from Bay Road, especially early in the morning - but city dwellers probably wouldn't notice at all. Front position compensated by nice view of the CBD skyline.
