Monarch Sands consists of 3 bedrooms comfortably sleeping 8 (7 on beds and a child on the sofa bed).

We also offer underground security parking for your car and boat, the boat ramp is only minutes away.

Set in a tranquil location, Jervis Bay is renowned for its pristine waters and white sand beaches.

Monarch Sands is just meters from the waters of Jervis Bay where you can take in the beautiful scenery, have a swim, a walk or just relax on the beach without a care in the world.

There is a cleaning fee of $150 at this property.

So many great advantages with the properties location ease of access to everything you could need for a weekend getaway. If your lucky you might be able to stay and enjoy a whole week away in the beautiful Monarch Sands.

Location location location I really think the bedrooms would benefit from some ceiling fans and also carpet in a house so close to the beach not a good idea
