You will only need to cross the road to find yourself on the beautiful beach from this affordable and comfortable family-friendly holiday home!
Newly furnished, this cosy home features an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, 3 bedrooms - 2 x Queen beds and 1 x Bunk bed - and 1 bathroom with a separate toilet/WC.
Fabulous views of the surf can be enjoyed from the lounge, dining and two Queen bedrooms.
The home is well-equipped with TV, DVD & bluetooth speaker, comfortable seating and reverse cycle air-conditioning.
The kitchen has an electric stove/oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, utensils, pots & pans and seating for six. There is also a front-loading washing machine and iron/ironing board provided for your convenience.
Outdoors enjoy the sounds of the sea while cooking on the gas BBQ. There is an outdoor dining table and bench seating for six and also an outdoor shower to wash off the salt and the sand, cool off or just enjoy the experience!
Located on Surfers Parade in Middleton the home is perfect for a weekend getaway or a long, relaxing holiday all year round.
The property is strictly non-smoking and sorry but no pets allowed.

Things to do
Take a few steps over the road and find yourself on the sand of the beautiful Middleton beach. Great for surfing and playing all year round and in July/August experience whale watching when the Southern Right Whales from the lounge room window or another vantage point along the coast.
Bring your bike or hire one and enjoy cycling on the Encounter Bikeway. Linking Victor Harbor, Port Elliot, Middleton and Goolwa, it's a 30km on-road and shared trail and a great way to explore the local towns.
Take a ride on the Cockle Train. Running between Victor Harbor and Goolwa,with stops in Middleton and Port Elliot, it is a great experience for young and old.
