Ample off street parking is available with room for several cars, boat and jetskis. The well-presented interior has a newly renovated bathroom, a new LCD TV, DVD/blu-ray player, locally sourced artwork, new air-conditioner / heater split system, new washing machine, a microwave, dishwasher, 240L fridge, and shallow inbuilt bath perfect for kids. (High chair, change mat, steriliser and baby monitor are also available on request.)
