Situated only 100 metres from the popular Lake Eildon reserve.

Grand Views Lake House is a 6 bedroom home that has some of the best views of Lake Eildon.

Positioned in the most desired part of picturesque township of Goughs Bay, Grand Views Lake House most certainly has all the luxuries for that perfect getaway and so much more.

Sit back and enjoy a drink whilst relaxing on the large balcony that overlooks Lake Eildon, inclusive of outside dining table and benches, gas BBQ, charcoal webber, chiminea fireplace, outdoor sofas and chairs, you could not honestly ask for any more whilst kicking back and enjoying the lake, mountains and stunning sunsets with family and friends.

The bedrooms comfortably sleep 12 people. Bed linen, duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own towels. For our youngest of visitors, a babies porta-cot with mattress is available on request.

Grand Views Lake House is fully equipped and set up as a family home all year round.

Internal Bar: with 3 bar stools

The six (6) Bedrooms Comprise Of:

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with built in robes. (Sleeps two adults)

Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with built in robes. (Sleeps two adults)

Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with single bunk. (Sleeps two adults one child)

Bedroom 4: Double bedroom with wardrobe. (Sleeps two adults)

Bedroom 5: Double bedroom (Sleeps two adults)

Bedroom 6: Single Bunks (Sleeps two adults or two kids)

All double beds have electric blankets.

Grand Views Lake House contains 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and laundry inclusive of a washing machine and ironing facilities.

There’s off-street parking at the rear of the property with secure fencing with gates and boat parking.

To capture the afternoon sun, the back garden has camp-fire set up with second chiminea and outdoor chairs.

Grand Views Lake House is easily accessible via the numerous boat ramps.

The local general store/off-licence has a range of supplies, takeaway food, baby needs and petrol.

The Red Fin Café at the Goughs Bay Caravan Park serves great coffee, fish and chips and homemade pizza. Or for more sophisticated dining, enjoy lunch or dinner at Amongst the Sticks restaurant. The local boat club is open Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights. All within walking distance to Grand Views Lake House.

The township of Mansfield is just 15 minutes away with a variety of restaurants, shops, cafes and golf club.

While the township of Jamieson is just 15 minute drive plus stunning Mt Buller wiith only a 35 minute drive to the entry gates.

Approx 1 km for a lovely Picnic area on the Delatite River. Public bush toilets and wood bbq. Great fishing and swimming hole.

Perfect spot in summer to relax under the huge shady trees.

Feel the cool mountain water rushing though your feet while walking along the flat river rocks.

Goughs Bay General Store :Petrol, food, liquor, takeaways, Post Office.

Walking and Cycle Path :

Walk or Cycle around the Lake. Morning and dusk you can see Kangaroos grazing on the foreshore.
