Dont stay in a motel room when you can have a entire unit for the same price. This unit is cosy and fully self contained. Your vehicle will be secure in the lock up garage. Within one block are the Highway Hotel, Dan Murphys outlet, new Woolworths Supermarket, Sunshine Chinese, Sushi, Nandos and Pizza takeaways, local butcher, post office, Civic Video and more speciality stores.

Quiet back street. All linen and kitchenware supplied. Unfortunately the photos dont capture just how lovely this unit is! Please read our reviews as they reflect that this is a welcoming little home away from home. Enjoy unlimited internet, smart TV and Netflix.

Close to the Bunbury Big Swamp Wetlands, teaming with birdlife including the resident swans, 1.8 klm sealed walking trail. Walking distance to beachfront.

Kindly note -

There is a flat rate fee of $20 per stay if a pet stays. Due to extra cleaning undertaken by owners after a pet stay.

Single night reservations may not be able to be taken more than 30 days in advance. Please dont hesitate to check with the owner.

Reservations made on the day of arrival will require a $200 refundable bond. Bond will be refunded to your bank account within 48 hours of departure.

Photo ID required.

Bookings under 12 days may not be taken more than 3 months in advance. If rates are not set in the calendar then this indicates the dates are probably available but the owner is only taking bookings with prior discussion.

Lovely presented home from home, comfortable, clean and dog friendly, all at very reasonable price. I agree, why stay in a hotel when you can stay here. Great location, close to everything. Although the whether was not sunshine the accommodation certanly shined.

Excellent and friendly owners

My partner and I unfortunately had to come to Bunbury for a funeral, although a sad time our stay was made so much more pleasant than it had to be with jo-Ann the owner doing everything in her power to make sure our stay was drama free. With her knowing our arrival wasn't going to be till 3 in the morning it was not a problem at all, leaving the heater on for our arrival with milk and bickies left in the fridge is just testament to her making us feel welcome in a difficult time. I really can not recommend this place and the owners highly enough. Will most defiantly be back without question. You are both a credit to the industry

Fantastic!

This unit is a gem, it's pet-friendly but very clean and comfortable. Nothing was too ouch trouble for the owner, it has everything you could want and more; many extra touches from milk and Tim tams in the fridge to stacks of towels. Having Netflix and wifi is also a great bonus. The unit is located in a quiet street close to shops and the Big Swamp park, the garden is enclosed so safe for the dog. I can't wait to stay again, thank you for providing such lovely accommodation! It was even better than expected.

I continue to work hard to maintain the property to ensure guests have a comfortable stay, in particular ensuring that the cleaning is to a high standard. I am delighted that yours and many other guests have commented that the unit was better than expected. The new Woolworths store at the top of the street, being open to 9pm each night has been a bonus for guests. Please to hear that you visited the Big Swamp wetlands area near the unit, it is an amazing natural area to have so very close to the city centre. Over the last 3 years, without exception, every guest we have had stay has been a pleasure to accommodate and respectful of the property, especially yourselves. Sincere thanks and hope to see you again in the future.

Great Property

The pictures do not do this property justice. It is really lovely and has everything you could need and more. The owner Jo could not have done any more to make us feel welcome and our stay enjoyable. We stayed here with our two dogs and the property is close to the off leash dog beach (which is beautiful) and an off leash dog park - all very handy. We also saw dolphins every day of our stay.
