Located on the inner harbour side of Mosman you are superbly positioned. Surrounded by beautiful bush walks along the foreshore, a couple of minutes drive from the village for shopping,coffee shops and restaurants and yet walking distance to beautiful Balmoral and Chinaman's beach for swimming and snorkelling.
The free Mosman rider bus does a loop up to the village and down to the beach. (handy if a little weary after a day in the sun or a great lunch!)
If it's surf you are after the locals head to"Freshie" at Harbord or Manly (15mins drive) with it's surf shops and eclectic thriving cafe and restaurant scene. Then home for a dip in the pool and a sundowner on the deck. A bbq at your own retreat or make a booking at one of Mosman's famous restaurants. The Bathers Pavilion, The Public Dining Room and The Boatshed are all nearby.
For a city adventure there is easy access to the ferry, a taxi or public transport at the top of the hill (5 mins walk) and the Mosman free rider bus will take you from the front door to the zoo. The Sydney New Years Eve fireworks can be seen from Taronga zoo in Mosman (bookings essential), the vantage point at Luna Park or take a ferry and head into the city.

The 2nd floor has a stunning open plan kitchen/dining with glass atrium. The stainless and stone kitchen has an industrial size cooker, large fridge with drinks drawer and butler's pantry. The circular kitchen island seats 5. The dining table seats 8 and opens to a large wrap around balcony with stunning views, outdoor dining setting and an undercover relaxing lounge area.
There is also a 2nd queen size bedroom with balcony overlooking the pool and a seperate bathroom on this floor.
The 3rd floor has a mezzanine study lounge with comfy sofa and desk leading through to the main lounge with large Plasma tv, fireplace and balcony. A full laundry and drying room leading to a small outdoor area.

The 4th floor has a large master suite . At one end you can watch the harbour views by day and twinkling lights at night and at the other a stunning stone ensuite with bath and double rain shower looking out to the tropical back garden beds.
