Accommodating up to 11 people, bedding consists of 4 bedrooms (2 with ensuites - all with queen sized beds and one that also has a king single) and a fold-out double bed in the lounge. Perfect for work colleagues or family groups as 4 Individuals or 4 couples can share and each have their own room with queen bed.

The newly renovated layout includes 4 bedrooms - 2 with ensuites - and a main bathroom with shower and separate bath; perfect for colleagues or groups sharing. The modern open plan kitchen/dining/living area looks out onto a north-facing backyard with outdoor setting.
The large, modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Euro laundry. Waiting for you in the kitchen is a welcome basket with generous breakfast provisions for your first morning - pancakes anyone? Period features such as polished floorboards, high ceilings and decorative plasterwork blend harmoniously with the recent renovation. The home is fully furnished with comfortable, quality furniture including 46" flat screen TV & DVD player.
Each of the four bedrooms contains a queen sized bed (one also contains a king single). A couch in the lounge room contains a fold-out double bed for larger groups. You will find quality bedding, linen and towels and the added comfort of electric blankets on all beds. There is ducted gas central heating to keep you snug during Ballarat's winter and, on the hottest summer days, an air conditioner in the open plan living area will keep you comfortable.
Located in a quiet street with no through traffic, next to Victoria Park and close to Lake Wendouree. It is less than 1500m to quality cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The Queen Elizabeth Centre is also less than 1500m. The CBD is only 2.5km and the world famous Sovereign Hill tourist attraction is an easy, direct 4km drive. There is off-street parking for 3 cars including a double carport, you will also find a bus stop within 1 block.
