We have reduced our nightly rate to make our accommodation even more attractive!
We have also carried out several improvements including recently adding an extra bedroom so that the whole family can stay now that we offer 2 bedrooms.
We are continuing to ensure our guests are well catered for by adding no cost extras- A new Queen Size Bed replaces the old one in the main bedroom ( June 2018) We now have FOXTEL at no additional cost for your added enjoyment so that you can now enjoy sports, movies, local and international tv and news plus so much more!
The 4 burner gas bbq has been replaced and is free for you to use, we now provide a porta cot and high chair.
The guests driveway for parking has now also been bricked paved and lit at night..
The 2nd bedroom is semi separate from the main bedroom although still part of the main home with access to this room from the rear and also via the entrance and garage. It contains two single beds a table and 2 chairs, heater and ceiling fan. Young children may require some adult supervision because it is a little away from the main bedroom, however children are most welcome and we are happy to move mattresses into the lounge room if you prefer.
Although we would love for you to stay longer you can now choose to stay for just the one night if that is all you need or several weeks if required

With the recent passing of our old dog we are now dog and pet free making the accommodation more comfortable for guests whom are not so keen on dogs.

This fully self contained unit occupies the downstairs portion and the owners live upstairs. You will enjoy privacy, no shared facilities and free to enjoy swimming fishing cycling or just lazy walks along the beach
Included at no additional cost is all bed linen pillows and towels,full kitchen facilities including plates, glasses, cutlery pots pans, big family size fridge and freezer, laundry detergent ,clothes line, all with our compliments.
One minute walk to local Ripple and Swirle Cafe on the Esplanade ( great for coffee, breakfast and lunch) with the Christies Beach Hotel just a 5 minute walk away and Beach Road facilities restaurants and cafes about a 10 minute walk.
Talk a leisurely walk or just a short drive to adjacent Port Noarlunga where you will find the hotel and several cafes/restaurants and of course the Port Noarlunga Jetty
The wineries and restaurants of McLaren Vale and Willunga are an easy 15-20 minute drive away
Self check in now available by prior arrangement with keys in the lock box located on the front door or alternatively the owner is happy to hand over the keys and show you around personally.
