Note 004: All keys must be returned upon departure. Failure to do so may incur a replacement fee per key and lock.
Note 005: Servicing, The apartment is completely self-contained with all linen and towelling provided. The apartment is serviced every 7 days from check-in. Should you require additional items or an additional servicing you will need to contact either Declan or Amanda and an extra fee will be payable for this service.
Note 006: "No Party Policy" - The Southbank One building is managed under a corporate body and enforce a "No Party Policy" whereby the Management of the building reserve the right to evict at any time, any guest(s) who disturb the quiet enjoyment of others in the building.
Note 007: "Special Event Periods - Cancellation Policy & Deposit Requirements"
Cancellation Policy: For bookings confirmed for Special Events Periods (see below for details of special events) there is no cancellation fee and your deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
For bookings during Special Events Periods where the booking is made less than 31 days prior to check in then full pre-payment will be charged to the credit card provided and the booking is non-refundable.
Calculation of arrival is based upon a 2pm check-in time.
Deposit Requirements: For bookings over Special Events Periods where the check-in is MORE than 30 days away: the first night's accommodation tariff will be charged as a deposit (refundable as per Cancellation Policy above) and the full balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
For bookings over Special Events Periods where the check-in is LESS than 31 days away: Full pre-payment of accommodation will be charged on the day of the booking and the booking is non-refundable.

14+Nights Rates: Book more than 14 nights to qualify for a 10% discount off the best available rate. Not Valid during Special Events Periods.
