You are on holiday so why drive with a popular local café 2 doors up or the local Pub/family bistro in 2 minutes walking distance. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, electric fan forced oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas cook top, stone benches & crockery, utensils & condiments are supplied. And with a panoramic window overlooking the front yard it's great for keeping an eye on the kids playing.

Excellent property, great location

The house has a perfect layout for a large family and their dog. Extremely clean and loved having a fire in the chimnea in the evening. Large deck to enjoy a bbq. Walking distance to ocean grove hotel where we listened to some good music. Everyone had a great time. Definitely be back.

Great holiday by the beach!

We had a great 5 day break at One Twentyseven and wished we could have stayed longer. The house is well set out, great decor, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is amazing. It's just a short walk across the road to a beautiful beach and 2 doors away from a great coffee shop. We really didn't need anything else but Ocean Grove shops/restaurants are a few minutes away and a few more minutes to Barwon Heads. The one day it rained we found plenty to occupy ourselves in the house - magazines, dvds, tv etc. Deck was a great addition to sit and watch birdlife in the garden while having a drink.

Nick and Mel were great to deal with and were more than happy to accommodate us at late notice. Can't wait to go back.

Perfect Family Getaway

We stayed at One Twentyseven for an extended long weekend in March. The house was perfect for our family getaway including our two dogs. Couldn't ask for a better location, directly opposite the beach. The cafe 2 doors down is super convenient. The renovated house is beautifully styled, modern and clean. Welcome bottle of wine & chocs was a nice touch. Highly recommended - we'll be back.

Great property and location

We are a family of 4 plus 1 dog. We have a wonderful stay. The property is very well appointed and comfortable and we felt very much at home as soon as we arrived. The location is wonderful. Highly recommended.

My 12 year old son, dog and I loved our stay. The property was gorgeous and had everything we needed and more. Located two houses from a great cafe and literally across the road from the beach. We will definitely return.
