This delightful unit has been recently refurbished and is situated in a unique holiday complex which is ideally suited to couples and families

Located in central Cowes and in a perfect position for guests wanting to leave the car and

take a short stroll to the sunny,north facing beach.

An easy walk takes you to the main street to shop,have a coffee or a meal at one of the many restaurants.

The unit has been redecorated and features a new modern, fully equipped Kitchen & R/C air conditioning to ensure you are always comfortable, even in winter.

A newly completed large covered Deck & Pergola area has also been added to the Unit, which provides a fabulous outdoor space to relax.

The main bedroom has a Q/S bed,The second bedroom has 2 single beds.

A cot & highchair is available on request.

There is also a Bathroom,separateToilet & Laundry.

Car space is provided beside the unit and a private courtyard with c/line at the rear.

A small patio setting on front veranda is also provided for your relaxation.

A solar heated pool, childrens playground and lawn area with an outdoor BBQ is available for all guests.

** All Linen, Doonas and Blankets are provided and included in the tariff.

** Bath Towels and Tea Towels are also provided for your convenience.

The complex is ideally suited to families & couples because it has a quiet atmosphere & the facilities incorporate a playground for children.

Accordingly we are unable to accommodate Schoolies.

Short drive to see all attractions on Phillip Island including Penguins,Seals,Koalas, Grand Prix track,Wineries and much more.

Excellent property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners are lovely and couldn't do enough to make our stay a more memorable one. Facilities are excellent and I would highly recommend.

Spotlessly clean

The unit was immaculately clean with a modern kitchen and living area. The back deck was beautiful to sit out there and warm up as it was mostly closed in.

Our only problem was with the swimming pool which had been taken over by ducks and turned into their pond which meant we couldn't swim, and we did chose these units based on the fact that it had a pool.

BUT, the pool is a common area and therefore the owner of this unit isn't really responsible for the cleanliness of it. Unit 4 was definitely a good choice when choosing from any of these units.
