This is a spacious waterfront groundfloor unit with a small fenced yard providing safety for children or room to park small boat or car off road as well as single remote garage.

There are two lounge areas. One has a built in bar and bar fridge. The other is part of the dining room separated by a step down. Here there is a lounge(child friendly)and two small bunk beds.

Flat screen tv in main lounge.

There is a flyscreened bbq area with outdoor setting and bbq with gas.

A new kitchen has been installed in 2014.

Items in pantry are available for your use.

If you require linen at $15 per person we will provide linen for bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and beach towels.

Cleaning is included in the tariff.


Bribie Island is one hours drive from Brisbane. As you approach the bridge look for the pelicans keeping guard on the overhead lights. Up to the left are magnificent views of the Glass House mountains near where Australia Zoo is located (about 45min drive). From the southern end of the island Redcliffe and Moreton Island can be seen. Both can be reached by boat in 30-40 minutes.


This waterfront unit is as spacious as you can get. Two large bedrooms with glass walls for the views to the water and two bathrooms are in one wing. The main lounge has a new loungee with jason recliners . This lounge also has glass doors giving magnificent views to the parkland and water across the road. The new kitchen is well appointed opening onto the dining area and family room.
