Gorgeous, tranquil, cosy

  • 5 of 5

We both needed a break from everything and this was perfect. So many lovely touches by the hosts, great breakfast and a local bottle of wine. Birdlife was amazing and it really felt like we were in our own little world so far away from everyone. Will definitely be back.

Delightful and unique

  • 5 of 5

Such a beautiful spot to sit and watch the birds, read a book and relax. The sunrises are magic and breakfast in the sun-drenched kitchen was perfect. We were warm and comfortable despite the cold weather. The perfect place to escape the everyday and re-charge.

What a lovely 3 days

  • 5 of 5

Quiet, no other people. We were there during very rough weather, but felt perfectly safe and comfortable. The 12V power supply and gas heater and oven meant we had power and heat during a very long blackout. Saw a pelican catch a very big fish and finally swallow it, saw a seal, twice pelicans swans and swallows.
